M & L for refilling fire extinguisher for following type and capacity complete all as specified and directed.

(a) DRY CHEMICAL POWDER (DCP) type Fire extinguisers : Stored pressure - 9 kg capacity

(b) CARBON DIOXIDE(CO2) type Fire extinguisers : - 4.5Kg Capacity

(c) Aqueous film Forming Foam(AFFF) type Fire extinguisers:- 9 litres Capacity

Painting fire hydrant pipe line up to 100mm dia by scrapping old rusted paint and applying one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint of fire red colour including marking symbol for fire hydrant flow complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for taking down carefully electric driven monoblock pump of capacity 12.5 HP/9.3 KW 3-phase 415v, 50Hz, AC from foundation/ coupling, transporting to civil workshop, opening the motor,Checking the insulation value of the windings, insulating the winding with same class of insulation, painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint as per colour code and return back to site and re-installing the motor and connecting to the pump, testing the motor for satisfactory performance complete all as specified and directed for the following capacity.

Opening and servicing/overhauling the electric driven monoblock pump and motor 12.5 HP and replacing the defective bearing, greasing replacing the burnout gland rope, studs, nuts, bolts, washers, air releasing valve, rubber gasket, metal filling, turing/grinding and balancing the shaft etc and refixing complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Dial type pressure gauge(4" Dia) 0-21 Kgs/cm2 including taking down old unserviceable item complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Single pressure switch, universal type to suit the system including taking down old unserviceable item complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Gun metal air release valve 25mm dia including taking down old unserviceable item complete all as specified and directed.

M & L with Replacement of Gun metal fire Hydrant valve with 5mm flanged inlet and 63 mm female single instantaneous outlet complete with Lug & Chain as per IS 5290 Hydrostatically tested to 21 Kgf/cm2 of pressure having a flow rate of 900 LPM at 7Kgf/m2 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L with Replacement of Non-perculating flexible fire fighting delivery hose fire hose 63 mm dia confirming to Type A of IS:636, 15 meter length including gunmetal heavy duty pair of male and female couplings complete all as specified and directed.

M & L with Replacement of swiniging hose reel of 20 mm dia wall mounted type comprising rubber hose 30 m long high pressure double braided bearing IS 444, PVC shut off nozzle and 25 mm gunmetal valve conforming to IS 884 and connected to wet raiser complete all as specified and directed.

M & L with Replacement of gunmetal branch pipe with male threaded nozzle of 15mm and male instantaneous inlet of 63 mm dia as per IS : 903 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs cast iron sluice valve 100mm dia with flanged ends confirming to IS 14846 type PN 1.0 with brass spindle, Cast Iron wheel etc. including all accessories complete all as specified and as directed.

Painting of fire control cabinet out door type size 0.5 x 0.5 x 0.3 meter with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat red oxide primer by spray paint including scrapping out old rusted paint and necessary snickering and making complete all as specified and directed.

Repairs of microprocesser based fire alarm control panel, having six loop data card, battery, LCD panel, buzzers required software program etc, including testing complete all as specified and directed. Note: The unit rate quoted shall include for regular inspection/servicing of loop wiring, heat/smoke detectors, response indicator, MCP, sounder cum scob with control module.

S & F Manual call point resettable type complete all as specified and directed.

S & F addressable electronic sounder cum storb with control module with taking out old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed.

Repairs to CI sluice valves flanged type size 80/100mm dia by taking out gland sleeve, check nut spindle, gate etc. and cleaning the valve by removing all scales and reassembling the valve with new packing nut and bolts including painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Repairs to Cast Iron Non return valves flanged type size 80/100mm dia by opening the cover and cleaning the valve by removing all scales, dirt etc and reassembling the valve with new packing nut and bolts including painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed

Supply and replace rubber bush for pump coupling suitable for 12.5 HP/9.3 KW motor complete all as specified and directed.

M & L replacement of Glass 3 mm thick of size 12 x 18 inch for indoor/outdoor fire hydrant boxes/ panels as per site requirement by taking down old broken glass complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Wiring for circuit/submain wiring with two runs of 4 Sqmm alongwith one run of 4 Sqmm earth wire multi standard copper conductors, 1100 volts grade in exsiting surface/ recessed steel /PVC conduit including taking down Old unserviceable sub main wiring/Ciruit wiring complete all as specified and directed. [Note:- 4 Run of 4.00 Sqmm wire shall be measured and paid in one run meter]

All as per item No 21.00 above but in 1.5 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Replacement of Old rusted fire bucket stand and Fire buckets madeup of Alloy steel/ iron, painted with bright red paint and is stenciled with the word a Fire on it, Square in shape having arrangement for hanging four (4) fire buckets complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for attending breakdown of 80/100mm dia pipe line bursting/cracks including broken pipe pieces of various sizes through gas cutting or manual cutting as required at site and providing new CI/MS/GI pipes of required length (not more than 2m) and removing out the damaged CI pipe and inserting necessary specials such as flanges etc as required at site including testing for the leakages of flange joints for 100mm dia MS/CI pipes including any type of excavation/cutting of hard standing/road/returning filling complete all as specified and directed.

Testing of all equipment and checking of water pressure by starting pump in auto and mannual as per site requirement once in a month in the presence of Engineer -in-charge complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Payment shall be made only after production of Test report duly signed by all concern.)
