Scraping old paint with scrapers, sand papering and washing with soap water or soda including scaffolding charges above 5m height and upto 8 mt. ht including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials, T&P, supply of labour, supervision, overhead, insurance, watering, curing with all lead lift with all other connected operation etc. all complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Wall painting 2 coats with plastic emulsion paint of approved shade on new work to give an even shade including cost of paint, Painter(special), labour, T&P,supervison, overhead, insurance etc. all complete as per direction of the engineer-in-charge.

Wall painting two coats weather coat exterior emulsion approved shade to given an even shade includng cost, conveyance, carriage, taxes of paint, labour charges, supervision charges, overhead charges, labourcess, conveyance, insurance and T&P, all leads, lifts & delifts etc. all other connected operation etc. complete, as per specification & direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing, fitting and fixing of false ceiling with aluminium anodized T section no 3215 with 2 ft c/c,L section no 1705 up to 15micron on 4 walls to be fixed by means of steel screws and PVC plug and aluminium grid 2ft x 2ft suspended from ceiling etc. complete as directed by Engineer in charge.

12 mm thick cement plaster (1:4) over brick work including cost, conveyence royalty, taxes of all materials, labour charges, T&P, cess, supervision, overhead, watering & curing for the required period etc. Complete as directed by the Engineer-in charge.

Providing and fixing of Side hung Door of approved make to be fabricated from roll formed sections made of pre-painted steel (base steel as per IS-513 of 0.6 mm thick "D" quality, galvanized as per IS-277 with cinc of 120 Gm/Sq.mtr) with paint specification being with primer of 5-7 microns and finished paint with polyster paint (Black/Pearl white/ Chocolate Brown) of 12-16 microns alongwith the alkyd backer at the back of 5-7 microns and the sizes of outer frame being of 46x52 mm and shutter being of 46 x 46 mm and lock rail and bottom rail should be of 23 x 130mm. Accessories / gaskets are to be used as per the manufacturer's supply and specification like handle and lock of approved quality. Hinges made up of 2.5mm thick. Gasket will be made of EPDM. All corner brackets are to be made of CRCA with zinc phosphating. The sections are to be cut to length mitre joined with corner bracket and frames are fixed to the concrete/masonry walls by means of self expanding screws and board to be of 9mm pre-laminated with all taxes complete.
