REPAIRS TO CERTAIN ROADS INCLUDING FURNITURE IN OTM OF VARIOUS UNITS AND MD ACCN AT KARGIL LINE UNDER AGE B/R (N) NO 1 AND AGE B/R (N) NO 2 OF GE (N) SECUNDERABAD

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam including soling surfaces if required in area not exceeding 400 Sqm and depth exceeding 50mm and not exceeding 100mm deep and removing materials from site of work or stacking for reuse at site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repairs to pot holes of any depth n.exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water scoring sunken surfaces in roads cutting arounnd edges to atleast 25mm in depth including making good by filling in screened graded road metal watering and well ramming including supply of road metal complete all as specified and directed.

Surface dressing not exceeding 15cm deep in hard/dense soil all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for Screening road metal, chippings etc on the site of work, when specially ordered including removing screened materials clear of screen and stacking in separate heaps for measuring (Materials from both side of screen measured for payment) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 7.5cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required with granite, trap or basalt stone complete.

All as per item No 5 above but except materials ( Material retrieved from item No 1 to be reused after screening)

Repairs to pot holes of any depth and n exc 1 Sqm each incl sweeping free from dust and mud, water scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc cutting around edges at least 25mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 Sqm putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8kg per 10 Sqm, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chipping, 6.3mm size and again well rammed (inc supply of premixed macadam, binder and chipping). depth of potholes exc 30mm.

M&L Premix bituminous, paving bitumen VG-30 grade any penetration laid/rolled macadam with binder content of 4% by weight of total mix and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less)

Preparing unsurfaced water bound mecadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying a tack coat of paving bitumen primer at 10 Kgs/10 sqm all as specified and directed

Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying a tack coat of paving bitumen primer at 5 Kgs/10 sqm all as specified and directed

Bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete, 30mm consolidated thicknes with 5.5% binder content(paving bitumen VG-30) by weight of total mix, mixed in hot mixed plant, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient by using mechanical paver complete to be uniform surface all as specified and directed.

M&L 100mm thick(Spreaded thickness) approved moorum/red bajri for berms including spreading,levelling,watering and rolled with hand roller of 0.2 to 0.5 tonne capacity to required camber and gradient complete all as directed . Note : Moorum shall be brought from out side MD land.

M & L for painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc on road surfaces / over speed breakers exc 10 cm wide, with thermoplastic road marking paint 2 to 3mm thick, spray machine, preparing black top surface including fanning out dust and any other foreign matter complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Raised pavement marker (cat eye ) made up of engineered plastic having moulded shank complete all as specifed and directed. Make. 3 M of series 290 C or equivalent as approved by GE.

S&F in repairs ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos of 110mm dia highly reflective reflector made out of PMMA and having a pipe, (duly powder coated) . Sponser plate can be provided for sponsership. Two small rectangular reflector of size 70x23mm, 2 Nos each side are also provided for better reflecting including necessary excavation of size (300x300x450mm) and fixed with PCC (1:3:6) Type C1 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F solar road pavement markers ( solar stud) AK 970 of Aktion make or an equivalent in 3M / Mr. Illumination fixed on bituminous/ concrete surfaces as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed.

S & F road cat eyes of approved make pasted with the adhesive as per manufacturer instructions. Make: 3 M of series 290 C or equivalent in Mr. Illumination/ Dark eye / Aktion as approved by GE complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for rubber based speed bumps of dimensions 500x420x75mm with reflective arrow stickers on both side with combination of approved colours ( black and yellow) fixed with necessary bolts etc., complete all as specified and as directed

S & F in repairs Convex Mirrior of 1000 mm Dia made of poly carbonate material fix to 100 mm dia MS Post 50mm nominal bore and of wall thickness 3.65mm conforming to IS-1161-1979 of grade St-240 of 3.0 metre long including two coats of epoxy paint, necessary earth work and excavation in post holes and PCC bed block 1:2:4 type B1 of size 450 X 450 x 600 mm,including removal of surplus soil and levelling of distrubed ground complete all specified and directed

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all specified and directed

Demolition of cement concrete (unreionforced) in floor of paving not exceeding 15 centimeters thick below or above ground level complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8 mix type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in subbase to floor complete all specified and directed

M&L Hardcore with broken granite stone of gauge n exc 63mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all specified and directed

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment (glossy finish) and shape & Size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness, M-35 grade etc complete all specified and directed

Spreading and levelling of Sand cushioning below interlocking tiles complete all specified and directed

M&L for pre cast Machine pressed cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate) as in kerbs stones and fixing all as per manufacturer instructions etc size shall be approved by GE complete all specified and directed

M&L for preparation of old concrete / bituminous surfaces and applying two coats of Synhteic enamel paint any description over 10cm girth or width not otherwise described, complete all as specified.

Preparation of old concrete/bituminous surfaces and applying two coats of radium paint of colour as approved by GE of any description over 10cm girth or width not otherwise described, complete all as specified.

S&F in repairs Road junction / information sign board, (4 feet x 2 feet) prepared on both side 3 mm thick ACP sheet fixed on SS framework of square tube (25x25mm) and thickness not less than 2mm as per manufacturers instruction including reflective sheet HIP (3M or equivalent Make with 3 year warranty certificate), border/ letters/ numerals and arrow, coated with non pealable crystal clear protective transparent coat retaining 100% reflection. The framework shall be welded on 2 Nos vertical post of 50 mm dia and thickness not less than 3mm thick mirror polished SS pipe of 304 grade welded with holdfast 2 Nos of flat Iron (40x6 mm) 150 mm long . Height of board shall be 2.55 m above GL and 0.45 m below GL and including necessary excavation of size in 0.60 x 0.60 x 0.60m size and PCC 1:3:6 type C2 foundation (Spec. IRC 67) complete all as specified and directed.
