Sch 'A'/BOQ Part-I (BOQ Item No. 2.00 to 15.00). After completion of Sch 'A'/BOQ Part - I, the entire Fire alarm / detection system shall be tested by representative of Accepting officer. The Contractor shall request for testing through GE immediately after physical completeion of Sch 'A'/BOQ Part - I and Formal completion shall be given by GE after satisfactory testing.

Sch 'A'/BOQ Part-II (BOQ Item No. 17.00).

M&L for Comprehensive maintenance of electrically operated passenger lift of capacity 8 passengers of Make - KONE inside Technical Area (G+4) by OEM or Agency authorised by OEM for a period of Twelve Months from the date of handing over of site. The scope of CMC is excluding Refinishing repair or replacement of following components :- (a) Elevator car enclosure (b) Elevator car and landing door panels/ gates (c) Alarm bell/ buzzer (d) Incoming electrical wiring up to main switches in the m/c room. (e) Main switches in the m/c room (f) LCDs (g) Decorative items including mirror and hand rail. Notes: (i) The CMC will be covering the entire lift i.e Limit swiches, door/lift Sensors, Elevator switch panel, Electric control panel, drives, pully, rope, gear system including accessories and oil etc. (ii) All parts and components fitted by KONE will be original genuine parts or components. If original parts or components are not available the parts or components fiitted will be of equal quality and functionality as per OEM recommendation in writing. (iii) Monthly serviceability report will be submitted to Engineer-in-Charge after due inspection of OEM. (iv) Reported serviceability will be attended by contractor through authorised Engineer of OEM within 48 hours. A penalty of Rs.1000/- per Day will be levied after 48 hours of reporting of Fault. (v) Payment shall be done only after successful comprehensive maint & visit of OEM in every month.

For Credit Schedule, refer tender documents. The amount of credit schedule shall be deducted from total quoted amount of BOQ to arrive contract sum.
