Supply of machinery in desilting works guide lines for engaging excavator - loader (JCB) (Capcity / out put of machine 0.24/1 Cum)
1. The owner should transport the JCB to the work spot at his own costs. 2. The excavator - loader (JCB) should be able to excavate a minimum of 40 cubic meter of earth per hour. 3. The excavator - loader (JCB) should load 20 tractor as per hour with quantum of 2.83 cubic metre of loose factor per each tractor. 4. The rate of per hour is inclusive of all the costs like POL, transportation of machine, driver batta and other incident charges. 5. The payment of the excavator-loader (JCB) should be paid hourly basis subject to the condition 2&3 cited above. 6. The excavator - loader (JCB) should have the tacho metre and it should function properly.
Hire charges for Tractor, including crew, oils, conveyance of machinery to site and all other incidental charges, etc. complete, as directed during execution.
Providing and fixing precast concrete blocks (interlocking pavers) using not lessthan M40 grade paver blocks and thickness not less than 80 mm for medium traffic areas conforming to IS 15658-2006 of all shapes and designs as per the specification, over sand bed of 20 mm to 40 mm (30 mm average) thickness and compacting with vibrating plate compactor having 3 tonne compaction force there by forcing part of sand underneath to come up in between joints. final compaction of paver surface to be done after spreading and brushing the fine sand into joints to its final level. The work includes cost of all materials such as interlocking pavers, sand etc., Labour and equipments such as cutting machine, lift, loading & unloading to work site clearing, bringing required all materials for the successful completion of work as per drawings and Technical Specification Clause 1504 MORD and as directed during execution by the Engineer-in- charge of the work.

Providing and laying of Hot applied Thermoplastic Compound 2.5 mm thick including with Reflectorising Glass Beads @ 250 gms per Sqm area, thickness of 2.50 mm is exclusive of surface applied Glass Beads as per IRC:35, including cost and conveyance of material, labour charges, hire charges of machinery, for finished item of work. The material should be of BERGER make (as per MORTH 803). The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from steaks and holes as per specification 803 MORTH.

Repair to pot holes by remova of spoiled/damaged material, trimming the sides to vertical and leveling the bottcm, cleanng the same wth compressed ai at any appropdate method fi led with 75mm B M, applying bitumen emulsion prime coat at the bottom and biturnen emu sion tack coat on sides and bottom as per technical specifications clauses 502 and 503 MORTH
