Construction of Septic Tank of size 1.70 m x 5.20 m with soak pit size 1.50 m x 1.50 m x 2.40 m in RRM 1:6 outer wall, concrete block Baffle wall (1:3), PCC 1:3:6 flooring, RCC M-20 roofing and all sanitary work as per drawing and all specified in Particular specifications complete in all respect as specified or as as directed by Engr-In-Charge/ OC contract

Design, supply, construction of foundation and erection of double storey (equal area of ground and first floor 217 Sqm each) whole 16 BRTF office with MS Structure, prefabricated insulated PUF wall panel 80 mm thick, Roof Panel PUF 30 mm thick, Pre-painted GI Sheet roofing thick 0.6 mm, 12 mm PVC false ceiling , UPVC Window (insulated glazing double layered glass), foundation work, wooden flooring, non skid floor ceramic tiles in bathrooms & toilets , rubber mat floor for office complex 16 TF, all internal doors (medium density fibre doors), central heating system, landscaping, all electrical fittings premium quality, water storage tank 1000 ltr Nos 01 with outer insulated mould at elevation of 5 to 6 mtr above on ground using MS angle size 75 x75 x6 mm, plumbing and sanitary works premium quality, refer drawing attached with NIT for ground and first floor with 1.80 m wide covered verandah including one store and toilet with non skid floor ceramic tiles, PVC mat of bright green grass colour on verandah including all electrical fitting, plumbing & sanitary work and all specified in Particular Specifications complete in all respect as specified or as as directed by Engr-In-Charge/ OC contract
