Disconnecting the 3 phase electric motor from the centrifugal pump set, taking down from the foundation , dismantling the motor, cutting out old burnt out windings, cleaning the slots of the stator and rewinding 16 HP to 50 HP 3 phase electric motor with super enameled copper conductor of suitable gauge including all insulating materials , sleeves , cotton tapes etc and incl varnishing ,drying etc and refitting the motor at original position , making all electrical connections. Dismantalling the pump, check the alignment, impelers and bearing etc. Overhauling the pump by greasing, oiling complete. Testing for proper working complete all as specified and directed. Material and labour for repair to Submersible pump set motor of capacity 7.5 to 40 HP by dismantling of submersible motor 3 phase, 440 Volts cutting and removing the burnt winding wire, cleaning of slots and rewinding with super quality PVC insulated water proof copper conductor winding wire and machining as per original dia complete and replacement of thrust plate, thrust bearing, rotor straightenting, sealing kit, balancing of rotor.and reassembling complete all as specified and as directed (Thrust plate, thrust bearing, rotor straightenting, sealing kit, balancing of rotor and reassembling shall be unit rate deemed to include cost of the same by the contractor). Supply and instalation in replacement monoblock type water pumping set and discharge size 25mm and discharge pressure of 2600/600 LPH at 6/30 Mtr head self priming type 0.5HP capacity single phase 220volts complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cleaning of RCC under ground water sump of capacity 35000 Glns in technical area by removal of sludge, scrapping silt mud and foreign material etc with wire brushes on the walls and floor of tank and washing and flushing the surfaces with bleaching powder and taking out the same manually from the compartments and removing the same to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed by Engineer -In - Charge and applying two coats of white wash (Internally ) to the tank, writing date of cleaning with white paint on black patch 45cm X45cm on external surface of tank in technical area complete all as specified and as directed. Material and labour in replacement earthing pit chamber including replacement of Cement concrete chamber of PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate the chamber shall be constructed one metre away from edge of earth pit with 50mm thick precast cover of cement concrete(1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate and MS angle iron 50x50x6mm frame including two coats of synthetic enamel painting over a coat of red oxide to exposed steel surfaces with suitable handle of 8 mm rod to lift the cover complete all as per specified and directed

Material and labour for fixing of display Board of 60cmx30cm for earth pit made out of 2 mm thick MS sheet welded on angle iron legs 0.75 mtr long (02Nos) of size 40x40x6mm duly embedded in PCC block 1:2:4, type B-1, using gradedcrushed stone aggregate, of size 23x23x30cm fixed in ground including necessary earthwork. Display Board shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge. The following is to be written on the board:- a) Earth Pit No. b) Checked on c) Next due date.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick, burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level, connected to galvanized iron wire of 4 mm dia earth lead by means of bolts, nuts ,washer and check nut of galvanized steel, earth wire protected by and including GI pipe 15 mm bore (light grade) and connected to main test point as directed and including concreet pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1, pre cast RCC (1:1.5:3) type A1 cover slab of size 54x54x5cm reinforced with 8mm dia TMT Bars @ 150mm C/C both ways with one handle for lifting, made out of 8mm dia TMT bar embeded in precast cover slab, wiremesh funnel, 20mm bore GI Pipe (Medium grade) for watering, charcoal and salt in alternative layers of 15cm thick all around the electrode, including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil including taking out old UNSV earth plate electrode etc complete all as shown in electrical plate No-3 of SSR part -I and testing on completion all as directed. Note :- GI wire 4 mm beyond 7.5 mtr shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of Sch 'A'

Material and labour for chemical earthing using outer & inner pipe of copper as earthing electrodes and hydroscopic jelly back fill for good conductivity complete all as directed (Dia of outer pipe shall be 65 mm, dia of inner pipe shall be 40 mm, length shall be 3 Mtrs, thickness of both pipes shall be 2.1 mm and made of minimum 95% copper metal) including copper earth strip of size 32x6 mm earth electrode to test point by means of brazing, bolts, nuts washer and check nut of brass, connected with in and including test point of bronze and 40mm GI pipe upto 7.5 Mtr with copper testing point complete with PCC earth pit and 50 mm thick RCC pit cover using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate with TMT reinforcement bar 8 mm dia @ 150 mm center to center both ways, MS handle 10 mm dia made to shape with 50 x 50 x 6 mm angle iron frame duly painted, earth work in any type of siol connected to earthing test point and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete all shown as electrical plate No -05 of MES Sch part -I as specified with testing and as directed including the following. (i) Copper earth plate of size 600 x 600 x 3.0 mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.50 metre below ground level. (ii) Earth plate surrounded by and packed with charcoal and common salt in alternative layers ( n.exc 15 cms each layer). (iii) 32x6mm copper strip from earth plate to test point by means of brazing, bolts, nut washers and check nut of brass and connected with test point of bronze all as directed. (iv) 20mm bore, medium grade, GI pipe for watering including GI funnel and wire mesh. Pipe shall be provided vertically upto top level of earth pit and then taken horizontaly to the earth pit. (v) 40 mm dia bore G. I. light grade pipe for protection of copper strip. (vi) Cement concrete chamber of PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate. The chamber shall be constructed one metre away from edge of earth pit. (vii) 50mm thick precast cover of cement concrete(1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate and MS angle iron 50x50x6mm frame including two coats of synthetic enamel painting over a coat of red oxide to exposed steel surfaces with suitable handle to lift the cover. (viii) Excavation in soft/loose soil, returning filling & removal of surplus soil to a distance of 50m as directed .Note :- Copper strip 32x6 mm at 7.5 mtr included in quoted rates.

Earthing complete all shown as electrical plate No -03 of MES Sch part -I as specified with testing and as directed including the following. (i) Galvanised steel earth plate of size 60x60cmx6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not laess than 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.50 metres below ground level. (ii) Earth plate surrounded by and packed with charcoal and common salt in alternative layers ( n.exc 15 cms each layer). (iii) 32x6mm G I strip from earth plate to test point including necessary GI bolts, nuts, check nut, washers & thimbles etc. (iv) 20mm bore, medium grade, GI pipe for watering including GI funnel and wire mesh. Pipe shall be provided vertically upto top level of earth pit and then taken horizontaly to the earth pit. (v) 40 mm dia bore G. I. light grade pipe for protection of GI strip. (vi) Cement concrete chamber of PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate. The chamber shall be constructed one metre away from edge of earth pit. (vii) 50mm thick precast cover of cement concrete(1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate and MS angle iron 50x50x6mm frame including two coats of synthetic enamel painting over a coat of red oxide to exposed steel surfaces with suitable handle to lift the cover. (viii) Excavation in soft/loose soil, returning filling & removal of surplus soil to a distance of 50m as directed. Note :- GI strip 32x6mm beyond 7.5 mtr shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of Sch 'A'.

Supply and fixing for GI wire of size 4 mm burried in ground/fixed on wall complete with clamp insulator, fixing screws, nuts, bolts and washers etc.

Servicing of Diesel Engine Generating sets 25 KVA rating to be carried out as per schedule given as under). :- B-Check (Every 1500 Hrs or 01 Year which ever is earlier) :- (i) Change lubricating oil (ii) Change lubricating oil filters (iii) Change fuel filters (iv) Change coolent (v) Check engine wiring for damage (vi) Drain fuel supply tank (vii) Change by pass lubricant filters (viii) Change air filters (ix) Check oil pressure (x) Change fuel water separator C- Check (Every 1500 Hrs or 01 Year which ever is earlier) :-(i) Adjust valves (ii) Steam clean engine (iii) Replace hoses as reqd (iv) Check turbo charger mounting nuts (v) Check engine oil heater (vi) Clean radiator (vii) Inspect following parts & replace as required (Alternator, starter etc) (viii) Clean fuel tank from inside (ix) Change Engine oil Note : (i) Maintenance of Diesel Engine Generating Set as per maintenance schedule chart . (ii) Schedule of service, Diesel Gen set M/C No wise is attached in PS. (III) Servicing of DG set will be done by Authorised dealer of Kirloskar/Cummins only. (iv) B-Check and C-Check spare parts will be measured and paid separately under supply only and fixing charges included with the servicing of DG set items i.e Item No 1 (1.1 to 1.10).

Supply only of high temprature diesel Hose pipe of 1250 PSI of size 10.3mm dia for connecting from engine to diesel tank complete with banjo bolt & washer.

Supply only of distilled water for battery complete all as directed

Dismantling /taking down complete radiator assy from DG set form diffrent capacity and transport to workshop for cleaning of the same with suitable cleaning reagent to remove rust & scaling , plugging of any water leakage by brazing and refixing including replacement of rubber hose pipe complete with jupiter clamps for any capacity of DG Sets, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for dismantling of Exhaust pipe of silencer, cleaning of silencer to remove carbon deposit inside exhaust pipe and refixing including replacement of worn out rubber gasket packing and nut,bolts including replacement of asbestos rope 20mm complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of self starter 24V DC by disconneting battery connection , taking out to civil workshop for carrying out following reapair work and refixing including testing complete:- (i) Rewinding of armature & Field coil.(ii) Replacement of Carbon brush and solenoid switch (iii) Replacement of gear assembly .

Dismantling of self starter 12V DC by disconneting battery connection , taking out to civil workshop for carrying out following reapair work and refixing including testing complete:- (i) Rewinding of armature & Field coil.(ii) Replacement of Carbon brush and solenoid switch (iii) Replacement of gear assembly .

Material and labour for spray painting to Panels, Enclosure of DG sets, fire stand post duct plates etc at DG installations with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour after making the suface free from oil/grease/rust and applying a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for maintenance free Battery 12V, 160 AH including battery lead positive & negative battery terminal complete duly charged .

Supply and fixing for maintenance free Battery 12V, 100 AH including battery lead positive & negative battery terminal complete duly charged .

Supply and fixing for Battery 12V, 180 AH with 25 electro plates including battery lead positive & negative battery terminal complete duly charged .

Supply and fixing for Battery 12V, 100 AH with 25 Nos Electro plates including battery lead positive & negative battery terminal complete duly charged .

Material and labour for Door joint and handle locks arrangement for any size/capacity DG set complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement of compact type battery charger unit suitale for charging 01 Bty ,12 V 180 AH complete all as speified and directed with 2m copper leads -02 Nos & brass clamps.

Taking out FIP from DG set, of cap 180 transportation to authorised service centre for repair /maintenance and refixing to DG set including replacement of necessary spare parts such as Plunzers, governer kit with pin , Nozzels , Head ball guide kit, Head sheet , Rock rod, Rollar bearing , oil seal, piston & rings pin, jain kit and sleeves complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cleaning of diesel tank of DG set of any capacity including replacement of worn out pipe line and measuring scale and fixing in original position and make it leak proof with necessary clamps complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of old control card (PCB) and connected items in control panel of DG set of capacity 810 KVA from OEM (SUDHIR) complete all as specified and directed.
