Dismantling existing ACSR (of any size or type) from over head electric line carefully without making any damage to the other existing lines and removing from site complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Dismantling of insulator any type /size/ grade from over head electric line and setting aside removing from site complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5 mtr in wide and n. exc. 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of underground cable and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5 mtr in wide and n. exc. 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of underground cable pipe and getting out in soft disintegrated rock all as specified and directed.

M & L for making good the disturbed surface by filling PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded course aggregate to match with existing surfaces all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavted soft disintegrated rock to a distance n. exc. 50 mtr and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in excavated soil in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed

Removing of excavted soil to a distance n. exc. 50 mtr and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L local sand dry, filling in trenches around under ground cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing of new sub class 'B' bricks, old size, well burnt laid flat dry for protection of under ground cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fix, testing & commissioning for outdoor Bus bar box size 600 x 400 x 300 mm fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick MS Sheet having 4 Nos closed Aluminium bus bar chamber of capacity 200 A (including necessary insulator) suitable for 3 phase & neutral, 4 wire 50 Hz AC,415V including red,blue & yellow LED indication lamp and both side openable hinged cover with proper locking arrangement ,outdoor type weather proof with angle iron of size 50x50x5 mm(including painting of angle iron) outoor, floor mounting 100 cm above ground level grouting including making PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded course aggregate block of size 650x450x350 mm with complete plastering & white wash etc also includes provision of suitable size of cable glands,cable lugs,nut, bolts,washers etc for fixing of cable with the bus bar.The bottom portion of enclosure shall be minimum 90 cm above ground level of legs of angle iron all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing, laying & testing of cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminum conductor of size 185 sqmm 3.5 core all as per IS , specified & directed. (Note:- Excavation & earth work shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of this schedule )

(Note:- Excavation & earth work shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of this schedule )

M&L in replacement for earthing complete with using galvanized mild steel earth plate (electrode) 600 mmx 600 mmx 6.30 mm thick buried directly in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.50 m below ground level and earth plate surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm all round the plate using 32X6 mm GI earth strip as earth lead moulded and riveted to earth plate at one end and connected to main equipment at switch/control board at another end, GI earth lead incased in and including 50 mm dia GI ‘light grade’ pipe from upper end of earth plate upto equipment with & including 20 mm dia bore GI pipe ‘light grade’ as water pipe from earth chamber to upper edge of the earth plate, GI funnel with wire mesh fixed on water pipe and provision of PCC 1:2:4 type B1(using 20 mm graded stone agg) as in pits chamber and RCC pit cover 50 mm thick of precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone agg)duly reinforced with mild steel round bars 6 mm dia @ 150 mm c/c both ways with 10 mm dia mild steel bars as in lifting handles with and including necessary excavation & earth work including laying the GI pipe concealed in floor /wall all as per plate No. 3 of SSR Part I complete all as specified and directed and testing on completion..NOTE :- GI earth wire and protection pipe beyond 7.5 mtr will be measured and paid separately. Supply and fix pole box size 300 x 200 x 100 mm fabricated out of 2 mm thick MS Sheet having 4 Nos aluminium busbar of suitable size with 1 No. MCB SP 6 Amps front openable hinged cover outdoor type weather proof suitable for mounting on steel pole including fixing MS clamp 02 Nos with nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling & taking down of 3.2 m long 80 mm dia solar security GI pole and separating solar panel and Battery from the pole . Solar Panel & Battery are to be deposited at MES store or taking as schedule of credit. The GI Pole shall be shifted to new location without any damage and re-grouting it in PCC including one coat of primer and two coats of synthetic enamel based white paint and one coat of black paint in under ground portion complete all as specified and directed. Note :Excavation, earth work and PCC in foundations and coping shall be measured and paid separetely.

M & L Foundation for steel tubular poles of PCC 1:3:6 (nominal mix) type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation filling and mass concrete including necessary frame work and finishing the exposed surface even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed at site. Note: Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separetely.

Coping for, steel tubular poles (1:2:4) Type B-1 using 20 mm graded aggregate for coping of poles including necessary farm work and finishing the exposed surface even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed at site.

Supply and fix commissioning, installing, testing of all in one Solar street light fitting 20 watt LED, with Solar PV Module of 12V 30 W Mono crystalline, 12.8 V 14 Ah Battery back up with 24 hours Dimming light,efficiency > 93 %, Luminous Efficacy should > 100 lumen / watt, Aluminum Extruded Body with IP66 protection and Low voltage & Charging indication with different colour LED indicating light complete all as specified and directed. Cat Part No. SSSSLX0136 of Havells or equivalent make in Phillips or Crompton as approved by GE.
