Survey including preparation of schedules of material,marking of locations(root length) GPS,survey of line with coordinate of each tower(the length of line shall be authenticated by GPS survey)(3 copy submission of tower schedule,tower profile making in DWG A1 formate, GPS route map coloured, showing B Line and 2 alternative route map)

Cost of excavation of 132 KV tower foundation pits including all earth work, back filling, ramming and levelling etc. Including the cost of borrowed earth if required

Cost of Setting of stubs including all foundation work but excludding the cost of concreting and excavation for following 132 KV DC tower.(rates for setting of foundation bolts of gantries shall not be paid extra)

Installation of steel reinforcement bars in RCC foundation including cost of steel reinforcement bars with cutting, bending, placing and binding .

Cost of concreting with ratio 1:2:4 mix concrete for all types of foundation including cost of cement sand, stone, ballast, dewatering,forming, shorting, shutering & curing but excluding cost & installation of reinforcement bars. (cost includes all expenses of T&P, labour etc).

Erection of super structure of all 132 KV DA, DB,DC towers and anchor tower and their extention wherever required including all works above ground level excluding hoisting of insulator, hardware and accessories but including fitting of danger number, phase plate, bird guard and fixing & punching of bolt.

Tack welding of all the bolts up to the height of one section of tower or 5 meter from the ground level whichever is higher with 3 tacks at 1200 seperation of minimum 10 mm thickness with 10/12 mm electrode and application of zinc rich aluminium paint on the affected surface including cost of all material including tack welding of river crossing tower & anchor towers.

Laying, tensioning, stringing, clamping and jointing etc. complete with ACSR Panther conductor including hoisting of insulator, fitting of all necessary hardwares and accessories i.e fitting armour rod vibration damper etc on all 2 phases of 132 S/C lines.

Laying, tensioning, stringing, clamping and jointing etc. including fitting of all necessary hardwares and accessories of opgw wire and foac, termination at s/s end to end connectivity and testing on 132kv lines

Pipe type earthing (rates includes cost of coke & salt, excavation, back filling & other associated works etc.)
