Nature Switch operation should be based on Natural Light Lux level. Required Illuminance Level for Switching ON is ≤ 60 Lux and for switching OFF ≥ 10 Lux. Material and labour for vibratery compactive, precast cement concrete rubber moulded, coloured ( except grey colour), interlocking designer paver blocks in dumble shape, comfirming to IS-15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 grade, as in path, harding standing, etc laid over and including 25 mm compacted sand cushioning, including 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate including surface excavation over area n. exc. 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil and removing excavated soil exc. 50 mtr but n. exc. 250 mtr including dismantling of existing paver blocks complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for disconnecting and connecting of LT service wires and XLPE cables of any type and any size from LT panel, MCCBs, DBs, over head conductor, LT poles, street light timer including replacement of old unsv items such as nuts, bolts, thimbles, insulating sleaves and existing misc items etc, and after cleaning and removing of carbon on cables end surface including removing rusted particles removing dust tightening nut, bolts complete all as directed. Note : (i) Cost of all tools and ladder required for maintenance of LT service wires and XLPE cable end connection and disconnection is incl in quoted rate. (ii) Cost of misc items like nuts, bolts, thimbles, insulating sleaves etc if required are included in quoted rates.

Supply, Install, Test and Commissioning of LT feeder piller box outdoor type fabricated of size 0.6x0.6x0.5M, out of 3.00 mm thick CRCA sheet, CPRI approved complete with powder coating with seven tank process mounted on MS angle frame of size 40x40x5mm, duly grouted with PCC using concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 reqd with the following :- (a) copper bus bar 200 Amp, having four number hole of dia 12 mm in each phase incl neutral ,with coloured heat shrinkable insulated sleeve 415 volts as per IS of suitable size mounted on DMC/epoxy insulator (not less than 50mmx50mm conicle type at a maximum interval of 500 mm - 01 Set. (b) MCCB FP 125 Amps 16 KA - 01 No For Main incoming (c) RYB indication LED type 22.5 mm dia protected with MCB SP 2 Amp showing 3 phase supply - 03 Nos (d) kWH multifunction meter 01 Nos (i) The quoted rate shall includes minor items such as lugs, nuts & bolts, washers, top insulators, sleeves, provision of extra holes in bus bar etc. (ii) Panel drawing shall be got approved before placing of order from Engr-in-Charge. (iii) The bus bar connection for cable from main bus bar to outgoing MCCB will be connected through suitable rating bus bar strip type duly insulated. (iv) Cost of making description on the front door as per direction of Engr-in-Charge is encl in quoted rate. (v) Cable will be entered in panels through gland.

Taking down old unsv Steel tublar HT pole and Supply, transportation upto site of work and erection of Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-55 (11.0 metres long) and including marking alternate 05 Nos white and black strip 30cm height with two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation and earth wok and PCC for foundation, channel, clamps nuts, bolts to be measured and paid separately.

Material & Labour in replacement incl taking down old for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel section incl nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape of size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primercoat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and install Hi wall split units 1.5 Ton (hot & cold) indoor/outdoor complete with cordless remote control unit with in built air ioniser and Plasma filter for better indoor air quality with minimum 3 star rating and EER 3.2 complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Quoted rates are deemed to inclusive of Supply & fixing of 1.5 Ton 3 Star Hot & Cold or next higher specification technology i.e. inverter technology of 3 Star (Hot & Cold) & installation of AC. (ii) Next higher specification or Technology i.e. inverter/ dual inverter of 3 Star (Hot & Cold) 1.5 TR shall be provided without any price adjustment if above mentioned specification not available in market.

Supply and fixing Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 170 V to 250 V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V (digital display) with accuracy of ± 2.5% and of capacity 4.0 KVA complete all as specified and directed .
