Bills on spot of consumer premises LT Cat.I, Cat.II & Cat.IV (Excluding High value, Agriculture Services) with DISCOM provided Spot Billing Mobile App . The Android mobile phone along with Bluetooth printers and IRDA port reading device shall be available with the contractor to take the reading whenever IRDA port compatible meters existing. The said hard ware will not be provided by the Discom. The contractor has to procure the hard ware by his own.
