Supply of BEE 5 star rated 1.5 TR inverter type split AC unit having nominal cooling capacity of 4500 Kcal/hr (5.2 KW) , minimum room air flow of 700 cub.mtr/hr and minimum Indian Seasonal energy efficient ratio (ISEER) of 4.5 along with the copper piping and copper cable, up to the length of 3 mtrs including transportation etc., complete as per specifications, terms and conditions attached as required. Supply of self contained drinking water cooler of 80 Ltrs/hr cooling capacity and 80 ltrs sorage capacity confirming to IS:1475/2001 (part-1) suitable for operation on 230 V=10% 50 Hz Single Phase AC supply complete as required.(M/s Sidwal,Gujral,Voltas,Blue star)

Installation, Testing and commissioning of 1.5 TR inverter type split AC unit along with the copper piping, wiring up to the standard length of 3 mtrs (supplied as under Item.1) including insulation flexible PVC pipes and making opening in wall and making good the damages etc., as required.

Providing and fixing additional suction & discharge gas copper piping suitable for the above AC units, over and above 3 mtrs length where ever required including insulation covering, required refrigerant Gas top up etc., as required.

Providing and fixing suitable size / dia PVC flexible heavy duty pipe for drain water arrangement for the above AC units complete as required.

Supplying and fixing of powder coated heavy duty iron stand for mounting outdoor unit of the above AC i/c providing necessarary hardware etc complete as required.

Supplying and fixing of MS iron stand made of 32x32x5mm angular for mounting outdoor unit of the above AC i/c cutting, welding, grouting, painting and minor civil works etc complete as required.( to be provided wherever wall stands are not feasible)

Providing and fixing additional 3x2.5 Sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor cable over and above 3 mtrs length suitable for the above AC units where ever required including terminations., as required.

ITC of existing 90 Ltr storage capacity water cooler including P/F angle valves for water inlet control,PVC connections and making electrical and water connections etc complete as required.

SITC of 30 W LED type street Light fitting including all accessories and 1 Mtr long GI brcket 38 mm dia along the wall with clamps etc i/c connections with 3x1.5 sq mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable and earthing etc as required. SITC of 4.5 Kg CO2 type fire Extinguishers suitable for extinguishing class B,C fire complete with all accessories i/c hose,pipe/horn etc confirming to IS : 15683/2006 as reqd .ISI Marked & EIL approved.
