Supply of 18W LED, 6000-6500K, (4 ft.) with LED lamp & batten for LED tube (single) made of extruded aluminium with heat sink provided for efficient heat dissipation & integrated electronic driver suitable for operation on 220V, 50 Hz AC supply or equivalent in AAI approved make complete as required.

Supply of Energy saving new generation 10W LED bulkhead luminaire with opal diffuser for operation on 220V, 50 Hz AC supply or equivalent in AAI approved make complete as required.

Supply of 250mm sweep high quality plastic Exhaust fan which is resistant to colour change having anti-static properties, with minimum speed of 1200 rpm, air delivery of minimum 850CMM, suitable for mounting on wall for operation on 220V, 50 Hz AC supply or equivalent in AAI approved make complete as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of pre-wired, fluorescent fitting / compact fluorescent / LED fitting of all types, complete with all accessories and tube/driver etc. directly on ceiling / wall, including connection with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable and earthing etc. as required.

Supply of 1200mm sweep high quality Ceiling fan of 5 star rated, which is resistant to colour change having anti-static properties for operation on 220V, 50 Hz AC supply or equivalent in AAI approved make complete as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of ceiling fan, including wiring the down rods of standard length (upto 30 cm) with 1.5 sq. mm FR PVC insulated , copper conductor, single core cable etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing stepped type electronic fan regulator on the existing modular plate switchbox including connections but excluding modular plate etc. as required.

Installation of exhaust fan in the existing opening, including making good the damage, connection, testing, commissioning etc. as required. Upto 450 mm sweep

Supply of surface mounting analouge time switches of 24 hrs. programmable with 4 terminals with IP 53 box and mounting accessories of make:- Legrand, Cat No:- 6499 14A or equivalent in approved makes of AAI, suitable for operation on 220V, 50 Hz AC supply and installation of the same on wall including connections etc complete as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supply and laying 80mm 'B' class G.I. pipe in soil including cutting of bituminous road/shoulder up to an average depth of 150mm and required width, excavation of soil up to 750mm (approx.) from pavement level, refilling the trench with excavated soil in bottom and filling pavement cutting with cement concrete of 1:2:4 (1cement:2sand: 4graded stone 20mm aggregate), finishing the surface etc. as required.

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed I XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size on wall surface as required. Above 95 sq. mm and upto 185 sq. mm (clamped with 25/40x3mm MS flat clamp)

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Block MOV based Surge Divertor (BMOVSD)100 KA, 3 Phase, 4 wire with neutral protection in pre-wired IP55 grade powder coated metal enclosure complete with sensing circuit, potential free contacts, necessary indications and alarm for Essential Panel connect in parallel.(Make: Tercel, Model: ISOSURGE or equivalent in approved makes of AAI.)

Fire Alarm System : Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Conventional type 2 wire photoelectric smoke detector alongwith plug in type detector base having class change capability and other accessories complete as required. (system sensor Model No.SSF2351E/System sensor model No.SSFB401 or similar)

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of conventional type 2 zone fire alarm panel suitable for operation on 230V, +/- 5%, 1Phase Ac supply with dust and vermin proof enclosure made of sheets steel cubicle , wall mounting type complete having battery back up with suitable sealed maintenance free Lead Acid type battery providing back up power of at least 20 Minutes including battery charger circuits etc as per specification. Supplying and drawing of 2 core 1.5Sq mm FRLS cable in fire retardant PVC pipes fixed to surface of wall/ceiling/false ceiling using clamps of suitable size including supply & fixing of PVC pipes etc complete as required.

Airconditioning System : SITC of 3 Ton Split type ductable Airconditioner of with consisting of single type room unit (evaporator unit) with wired/cordless remote control and one number outdoor condensing unit comprising of energy efficient including upto date ammendments, suitable for operation on 415V, 50Hz. Supply, installation testing and commissioning of Isowall boxing for existing indoor unit suitable for 3 TR ductable split unit as required.
