Shifting & Re-raising of High Mast pole by making necessary RCC foundation with provision of new foundation bolts all as per OEM,s drawing & LT feeder panel, lantern carriage, luminaries from ground level with all connected accessories & specification ,connecting ,testing for proper functions all as per directed:- (a)Taking down high mast 16 meter height with all connected accessories from existing foundation & reinstallation after shifting at new place & connecting testing all as directed(cost of T&P like crane, hydra deemed to be included in rates quoted for)- 01 Job (b) M&L for foundation of high mast as per OEM drawing & as per specified & directed by Engr-in-charge:- 01 Each (c) M&L for foundation bolts as per required as OEM drawing as directed – 01 Job (d) Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth for foundation / fixing pole / laying cable and pipe line etc or for man hole etc not exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft / loose soil all as specified- 27 CUM (e) Returning filling in including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick using suitable excavated soft / loose soil all as directed. 22 Cum (f) Removing excavated soil to a distance exc 50 m but n.exc 100 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point.- 5 CUM (g) M&L for providing dry river sand as in sand cushioning to underground PVC cable including punning down of sand in layer all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge.- 8.55 CUM (h) Supply & laying ISI marked & conforming to IS - 5820 - 1970 unreinforced precast concrete cable cover Class LV , Type I , flat size 250 mm X 150 mm X 40 mm in trenches as protection to LT UG cable all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.- 570 Each (i) Taking out old U/s UG cable of size 16 sqmm 4 core. – 100 RM

(j) Supply & laying XLPE insulated, PVC inner sheathed, armoured with galvanised steel strip or wire, heavy duty, LT underground cable, with aluminium conductor 1100 volt grade of size 16 Sqmm 4 core laid in trenches / duct passing through pipe / duct or fixed on pole and connecting and testing etc complete all as specified & directed.- 100 RM (k) Supply and fix in repair LED Type Aviation obstruction light comprising of aluminium housing with polycarbonate enclosure, 302 Nos. LED are provided fixed in position all as directed. – 01 Each Make Bajaj - Cat part No BGAV 302 LED (l) Shifting & Re fixing of Feeder pillar panel & all connection with necessary foundation as specified & directed- 01 Job (m) Complete servicing of High mast for smooth operation of electric motor for up-down movement of light brackets with gear,pulley,chain rope etc as specified & directed. – 01 Job (n) S&F in repair induction motor assembly of 3 phase 1.5 HP suitable for 16 meter high mast pole including its connection to existing winch .- 01 Each (o) S & F in repair LED Flood Light fitting 200 watt, High Efficiency IP65 protection, consisting of high / low voltage cut off, maintenance free isolated Electronic driver circuits, Low THD, PMMA grade high quality Transmittance lens, Epoxy powder coated Die Cast Aluminium housing with weather proof gasket for lamp & driver compartment, Heat resistance toughened glass fitted in cast aluminium housing with SS screws fixed on existing bracket & connecting including taking down old light fitting of any description complete all as directed by Eng-in-charge.- 08 Each

(p) Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized iron earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m deep below normal ground connected to galvanized earth strip of size 32x6 mm by means of bolts nuts check nuts and washer of galvanized steel, watering pipe of 20 mm bore, galvanised iron, light grade, and 15 mm bore galvanised iron light grade for earth wire protection including all excavation earth work in any type of soil, PCC pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 and RCC 1:2:4, type B1 for precast chamber cover 50 mm thick, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric or XPM Jali (weight not less than 4.00 Kg / sqm), with charcoal, salt, funnel complete all as shown in the electrical plate No 3 of SSR part –I and testing on completion. -01 Each Note:- Quoted rates shall be deemed to include for earth wire with protection pipe up to 7.5 M length.
