Supply of compact circular stranded Al conductor provided with conductor screening of semi-conducting compound XLPE insulated provided with insulation screening over individual cores, consisting of extruded semi-conducting compound followed by lapped semi-conducting copper tapes, cores laid together with suitable filters, in the interscripes covered with inner sheath by extrusion, galvanized flat steel strip armoured and overall PVC sheathed cable, suitable for 11 KV (E) System conforming to IS 7098 (Part-II) 1985 as amended upto date and of following Size as required. (a) 3 X 120 Sq.mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 11 KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required (a) Upto 120 sq. mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 11 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required. (a) Upto 120 sq. mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 11 KV grade of following size in the existing masonry open duct as required. (a) Upto 120 sq. mm

Supplying and making indoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for following size of 3 Core, XLPE Aluminium Conductor cable of 11 KV grade as required. (a) 120 Sq.mm

Supplying and making outdoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for following size of 3 core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV grade as required (a) 120 Sq.mm

Providing of earth pits using Copper bonded Earth electrode of 17.2 mm dia,3 Metres installed vertically as per the site conditions complete and top cover dully backfilled with backfill earth enhancing compound of 25 kgs. along with required masonary chamber,CI Cover including excavation & refilling etc as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with brass nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Supply & fixing HT danger notice plate of 250 mm x 200mm, made of mild steel sheet of at least 2mm thick & vitreous enamelled white on both sides and with inscription in signal red colour on front side as required. (11 kV)

Supply of 160 mm OD HDPE Pipe of PE 80 PN 10 rating as required.

Drilling,reaming and laying of 160 mm OD HDPE Pipe including jointing/welding of HDPE pipes across the approach road by trenchless method( inclusive of delpoying HDD machines,Mud Mixing system,Earth movers etc.) complete as required.[Excluding HDPE Pipe)

Traking necessary drive pit,remove the excavated earth and Construction of Masanory Chamber 150 X 150 X 200 cm [inside] brick work in cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cemenet : 4 Coarse Sand ) and RCC top Slab 1:2:4 mix (1 Cement : 2 Coarse Sand : 4 Graded Stone aggreagate 20 mm nominal Size) inside plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 Coarse Sand ) 12 mm thick finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design with common burnt clay F.P.S (non Modular) bricks of Class Designation 7.5 as required.

2 Nos. of 10 Meter Long ISMB 175 (19.6 Kg per Meter) each with MS Square Plate of side 450 mm of 10 mm thickness duly welded at bottom of Pole including painting of poles with Two coats of Aluminium Paint above ground level and bituminous black paint below ground level after Two coats primer as required.

Supply and erection of 11 KV Polymer disc insulator for 11 KV over head lines with galvanised insulator fittings, ball and socket type and complete with galvanised strain clamps, bolts, nuts, washers etc. as required. - 12 No.s

Supply and erection of 11 KV Pin insulator complete with large steel head G.I. pin, nuts, washers etc. as required - 12 Nos.

Supplying and erection of three piece nonlinear resistor type lightning arrestor suitable for 3 wire, 11 KV overhead lines with rated voltage 9 KV (rms) with a nominal discharge current rating of 5 KA and complete with galvanised clamping arrangement, G.I. bolts, nuts, washers etc. as required - 2 Set

Supply, erection & commissioning of 11 kV, 200 A, heavy duty horn gap fuse, complete with mounting arrangement, post insulators, GI hardwares etc. as required- 3 Set

Supply and erection of galvanised stay set for 11 KV over head lines complete with 19/ 20 mm dia X 1.8 metres long stay rod, anchor plate of size 45 cm X 45 cm X 7.5 mm thick, thimble, stay clamps, turn buckle ( 20 mm X 600 mm ), 7/ 4.00 mm dia G.I. stay wire and 11 KV strain insulator etc in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required- 4 Each.

Of 7.77 mm on the exisitng pole on insulators including binding,testing,commissioning et as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge etc complete as required. Providing Gravel of 20mm Size for Inner Yard Area of 15X15 Meter for 15 cm depth above sand including providing periphery masonry work for 30 cm below ground level and 30 cm above ground level and filling sand for 15 cm above ground level for entire area of 15X15 Mtr as required.

Providing Chain Link Fencing of Mesh Size 50x50 mm with 4 mm Dia GI Wire for Area of 15X15 Meter For All 4 Sides with of 50x5mm L Angle support for a span of 2 Mtr with Height 3 Mtr (0.60 Mtr BGL and 2.4 Mtr AGL) including welding of 6mm thick 10 cm side square plate at bottom of L angle, providing CC 1:2:4 for (0.75 Mtr BGL and 0.25 Mtr AGL) 20CM Dia for L angle as required.

Providing Single Entry Gate with 25x5 mm L Angle with Mesh Size 50x50 mm of 4 mm Dia GI Wire including providing hinges, locking arrangement as required.

Supplying and making cable route marker with 10cm x 10 cm x 5 mm thick G.I plate with inscription thereon bolted/welded to 35 mm x 35mm x 6 mm angle iron, 60 cm long and fixing the same in ground as required.
