Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of stone slab and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Surface excavation averaging 30 cm deep in soft/loose soil from roof of building/structure and getting out complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Moorum/red bajri filling over roof of building / structure up to 12 metre height, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed, watering including turning on top surface of moorum, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down of existing roof treatment of hessien base felt/tar felt/PCC/plaster/tiles (any type) complete including disposal of debris out of defence land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cutting chases in brick work for inserting water proofing membrane in to the parapet walls/column & making good to facing where required and pointing in CM 1:3 to the groves, cutting n exc. 10 cm girth.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound. Make:- Pidilite / Fosroc / IWL / Cisco

M & L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over 20mm thick cement screed 1:4 CM base laid and jointed with gray cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid block 1:5:8 mix ( using 20mm graded aggregate ), exc 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering cement plaster 10mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing new surfaces, plastered or unplastered for two coats of oil bound distempering finished with roller over a coat of chalk whiting/wall putty on newly plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F mild steel framed work such as grills gratings etc with ends of bars shouldered and / or riveted or forged into spiked framed guard bars barred iron doors ladders framed blasters walkways railings framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Grade E-165

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces over 10cm width and girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer.

M & L for preparation of plastered surfaces of walls including pilasters / cornices etc and applying two coats of Acrylic emulsion (exterior weather coat) plastered or unplastered paint by brooming down of any tint as approved over one coat of primer applied as per manufacturer,s instruction complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 using water proofing compound @ 3% by wt of cement on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finish the surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. (WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc. and Brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for screed bed 10 mm thick on concrete surface in cement mortar (1:4) finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, including mixing only liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- WPC will be measured & Paid separately

Material and labour for water proofing treatment by applying one coat of oil base bituminous primer @ 0.3 Kg / Sqm with brush / roller, laying of 3 mm thick APP based polymer modified membrane (mineral finish) reinforced non-woven polyester, weight not less than 3.50 Kg / Sqm and sealing all the over laps 100 mm in length side and 100 mm in width side of membranes laid with torch application complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavating over areas, n. exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in soft / loose soil

Removing excavated material Exc 250m and n exc 500 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 m above starting point in Soil.

S & F single pointed air termination aluminium rod 12 mm dia and 300 mm long complete with all fitting arrangement on porcelain insulators & screw all as specified and directed by engineer-in-Charge.

S & F Aluminium strip of size 25 x 3.15 mm fixed on wall/ roof with saddles and fixing on porcelain insulator & screw etc for earth continuity conductors as continuous earth strips from copper rod to test point terminal all as specified and directed by engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for test point terminal block made of gunmetal or phosphorus bronze size 75 x 75x 25mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hexagonal heads screw mounting on porcelain insulator housing including sintex junction box of size 150 mm x 150 mm x 100 mm all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for renewal of earthing complete with Galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m deep below normal ground connected to GI strip 32x6mm by means of bolts nuts check nuts and washer of galvanized steel, watering pipe of 20 mm bore, galvanised iron, light grade, and 15 mm bore galvanised iron light grade for earth wire protection.....

Supply and fix/draw weather proof PVC insulated and sheathed multistranded copper conductor cable of size 4.0 Sqmm 4 core , 1100 volt grade. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
