Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walling built in cement mortar including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc upto 10.5m height complete as specified

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone agg) as in foundations filling and mass concrete and sub base of floor complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks (old size) straight or curved on plan exc 6.00m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Use & waste of form work to soffits and sides/ edges of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping), complete all as specified and directed.

S & F MS TMT bar 10mm dia & over, cut to length bent to shape reqd incl cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia , complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for RCC (Nominal mix) 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone agg) as in culvert Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns , landings, shelves and the like including demolition of existing RCC slabs of any description and position complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for 450mm bore Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP-3, laid and jointed complete with collars including taking out existing concrete pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required and dismantling of existing damaged kerb stone complete all as directed.
