Event Management Services Stage Setup with lights Audio and Campus Decoration

I) Stage & Tent Arrangement during 1st March- 3rd March - 2019

PART A

Erection of 5 feet high 40 feet × 32 feet size MAIN STAGE made of M.S. pipes and plywood top strong enough to organize various cultural events over it and including 5 feet high 12 feet × 8 feet size ramp attached with the stage inside NIFTEM Campus for 3 days i.e. from 1st to 3rd March 2019 along with: 1. Two Green room of dimension 10*10ft each along with necessary lighting, behind the stage for 3 days i.e. from 1st to 3rd March 2019 2. Extension boards of 10m each as per requirement at stage and nearby area.

Erection of 6 no. standard stalls/pandals at fancy food arena for 4 days each consisting of 3 tables (6*3 feet) with covers, frills and requisite extension boards along with necessary lighting i.e. from 1st to 3rd March 2019

Hiring of 10 no. 18ft.x 6ft. Woolen Carpet for 3 days i.e. from 1st to 3rd March 2019

Hiring of 100 no. standard size single Bedding (consisting of one mattress, one bed sheet, one blanket and one pillow) for 4 days i.e. from 1st to 3rd March 2019

Provision of 10 no. 400 watt White lights (metal halide) for 3 days i.e. from 25th to 27th April, 2018.

Provision of 10 no. Extension wires and extension boxes for 3 days i.e. from 1st to 3rd March 2019

Decoration of Main gate as per the event theme ‘100 years of Bollywood ’ with cutouts and LED lights. Running LED lights for campus decoration from campus main gate to event venue(s) including tree lighting, approximately 1 km

Main event banner 20*10 ft. at main gate.- 1 no Two event banners near the main stage of 10*15 ft each

Barricading of main stage as per requirement, vendors are requested to make a pre-visit to the site for the same.

II) Sound and Light Arrangement during 1st March to 3rd March 2019

LED Arrangements for the Main Stage for a period of 3 days i.e. from 1st March- 3rd 2019 consisting of the following: ITEMS - QUANTITY 1. LED-10X40(Full/split arranged in unique fashion as per the decoration and stage location with approval of coEDESIA organising committe) - 1

Sound and Light Arrangemnts for the Mini Stage period of 3 days i.e. from 1sr March-3rd March 2019, constisting of the following ITEMS – QUANTITY 1. Top Verteg - 4 2.Bass -2 3. Monitor - 2 4. Corded Mike - 4 5. Cordless Mike - 4 6. Amplifier - 4 7. Items -1 8. DJ Console - 1

Additional Requirements for the star artist: The Star Night shall be orgnaized at the main stage on 1st March 2019. The said star artist shall be arranged by the Event Manager. All necessery Sound and Light arrangements, in addition to the normal sound and light arrangemnt ror the main stage as prescribed at Serial No. 1 and 2 above, shall be made by the Event Manager to the requirement and complete sataisfaction of the artist.

Additional Requirements for Band On the evening of 2nd March 2019, All the necessery Adaption of the Band shall be conducted at Main stage. All necessery Sound and Light arrangement, in addition to the normal Sound and Light arrangemnt for the main stage as prescribed at Serial No.1 and 2 above, required for consucting the event smoothy shall be arranged by the Event Manager to the requirement and complete satisfaction of the performing team.

Additional Requirements for EDM Night On the evening of 3rd March 2019. All the necessary Sound and Light arrangements which includes two 1 Watt lasers and two fog machines in addition to the normal Sound and Light arrangement for the main stage as prescribed at Serial No. 1 and 2 above, shall be made by the Event Manager to the requirement and complete satisfaction to the authorities.
