M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5 clear span , cills steps seismic and other similar bands, copings, hold fast and the like incluing weathering , slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating asdirected with and icluding necessary form work in CM 1:4 complete all as specified an directed.

M&L for reinforced Precast cement concrete(1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in landing , cover slab (for manholes, shelves), chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs , mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces incluing necessary form work, & set in Cement Mortar (1:4) complete all as specified an directed. Note:-Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately in respective items of Sch "A"/BOQ

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound ISI Marked (used 200 ml per bag of cement) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with subclass 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Galvanised steel wire cloth size of 20 mm but 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm

M & L for mild steel TMT bars of 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality complete all as specified and directed.

S & F M.S Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel work as in Joist,channel,angle, or tee sections, fixed independently,without connecting plates, etc. ( cut to ordinary lengths i.e within 20 mm of the length indicated , conforming to gde Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) Quality complete all as specified and directed

M&L for mild steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pre-painted galvatume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugatged steel sheet 0.5mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa it shall be coated with hot dip alloy of 55% Aluminium 43.5% Zinc 1.5% Silicon and finished with resin coat on both surfaces @ 150 gm /sqm of coating (total both surfaces) as in roof covering /cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws neeoprene and EPDM washers complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing RCC roof slab top by wire brushing and cleaning the dust and forign materail etc complete and applying a coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.20kg/Sqm over a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.40 ltrs/Sqm and there after laying of a layer of APP based polymeric membrane (five layered with centre core as 100 microns high molecular high density polyethylene film) weighing 3kg/Sqm and will be laid as per MES SSR Pt-I para 11.43.2.2 with minium side lap 75 mm and end Lap of 150 mm bonded with hot blown bitumen 85/25 gde penetration @ 1.20 kg/sqm and blinded with fine sand in dry condition (pleable free) @ 0.50 kg/sqm dusted over the bitumen coat complete all as sp[ecified and directed.

M & L 40 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-0, (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in two layers (each 20 mm) with chicken mesh provided between the layers and finished even and smooth with false grooves @ 450x450 mm complete all as specified and as directed.( Note: Chicken wire mesh shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of sch 'A").

M&L for 100 mm thick for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in subbase for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1;3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection or similar places and finishing the surface even & smooth with out using extra cement including making joints 12mm wide to the full depth of PCC at every 3 meter and every change of direction and filling the same with mixture of bitumen & sand in ratio (1:1) by weight including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L providing 100mm thick PCC (cement concrete) 1:2:4 etc type C-2 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate ) pavement/ramp/floor finsihed fair and event complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour glossy finish, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc.of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glossy finish rubber moulded chequered cement concrete tile 30 cm x 30 cm x 25 mm thick set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor with grey cement and pigment to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finished complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of concrete/brick surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instruction, finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid for seprately as supply only under respective item of sch A/BOQ.

M&L 10mm thick cement plaster on fair face of concrete surface including repair of doubing roof surfaces in CM 1:3 finished even land smooth without using extra cement over complete all as specified and directed.(Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid sepratly )

Taking down existing cement or cement lime plaster/Grit wash of any description and in any position on brick or concrete surfaces etc including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for taking down/dismantling of existing roof treatment / cement plaster of any description such as PCC Padding/ Coba treatment/ mud phuska/Lime conc terracing including screed bed etc. Hessian base felt/tar felt etc. (any type and thickness) with and including, removing debris out sideMOD Land at contractor is own arrangement ) complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Complete removal of existing treatment of old surface and washing rubbing down and stoping of distempered and painted surface of wall and applying two coats of cement based paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L preparation of new or previously untreatedy steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth & applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting & taking down existing water tank of capacity exc 250 liter and not exc. 500 liter and removing from site complte and S&F rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks 500 lts capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted with and including 20 mm dia ball brass valves, high pressure with polythene float and fly nut complete screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed in position all as per SSR Part I complete all as specified & directed.

Disconnecting & taking down existing water tank of capacity exc 500 liter and not exc. 1000 liter and removing from site complte and S&F rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks 1000 lts capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted with and including 20 mm dia ball brass valves, high pressure with polythene float and fly nut complete screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed in position all as per SSR Part I complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise described and removal of dismantling materials with and including, removing debris outside MOD Land at contractor is own arrangement , complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description as in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (above or below ground floors) with and including, removing debris outside MOD Land at contractor is own arrangement complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of brick or stone boulder masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone works and precast concrete articles with and including, removing debris outside MOD Land at contractor is own arrangement complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of ( reinforced cement concrete) (reinforcement cut as required to facilitiate demolition) of any description and in any positionnot otherwise specifically provided with and including, removing debris outside MOD Land at contractor is own arrangement complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness complete all as specified and as directed.
