Supply & delivery of 6 Mt. long GI pipe pole assembled with 80 mm dia 3 Mt. long G.I. pipe, 50 mm dia 3 Mtr. long G.I. pipe (ISI-Medium - Jindal/Bansal/Tata), 80 mm long 80/50 mm dia GI reducer with outer dia 100/70 mm, MS base plate (200 mm x 200 mm x 6 mm thick) with suitable pole cap as per direction of EIC.

Supply, delivery & installation of 240 V, 8-way, double door, SS enclosure, powder coated, IP-43 protection Timer DB with neutral bar, Din Rail comprising with 1 no. 20/25 A DP MCB ('C' Curve, 10 kA,), 1 no. 24 hours digital Time Switch, 1 no. 20/25 A 2 pole contactor (Make - ABB / Schneider / L&T) with internal wiring by suitable size copper wire including 1 no. Auto Manual bypass Toggle Switch, provision for earthing attachment, LED indication light on on-off condition.

Erection of 6 Mtr. long GI pipe Pole with sole plate & cap etc. in CC foundation (Size - 600 mm x 600 mm x 15 cm), having 600 mm x 600 mm x 150 mm thick CC (4:2:1) base block below sole plate with hard jhama metal including CC (6:3:1) muffing 300 mm dia and 300 mm above ground level including 3 mm thick neat cemented finish and GI earth bolt after making drilled holes etc. on pole & carriage of pole up to 1.6 Km from Store to Work-Site including filling up the excavated earth pit with shifted soil and ramming properly. S & F of 32 mm dia, 3 mm thick Polythene Pipe inside the pole muffing for cable entry from UG to Loop box on Pole through GI Pipe incl. supplying and drawing 1x18 SWG GI Wire as fish wire inside the pipe. [1(d)/E-2]

Extra on Item No. 3 for providing CC (6:3:1) base block (around the pole) dimension 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm above ground level, neatly cemented finish (3 mm thick), at the base pole incl. drilled holes in pole suitable for street light wiring. [3(b)(ii)/H-1]

S & F of 25 mm dia medium gauge GI pipe (Make - Jindal/Bansal) protection from pole muffing to loop box with necessary fittings and jointing materials as required. [11(4)/F-6]

S & F of Steel waterproof type looping cable box (200 mm x 150 mm x 100 mm deep) having 2 mm (14 SWG) thick comprising of one 240 V, 16 A kit-kat fuse unit, 4 nos. 16 A stud type connectors, lined with rubber gasket Steel top cover with mechanical locking arrangement, earthing terminal with lug etc. on pole above the muffing with S&F 2 nos. flat MS clamp sets made with 25 mm x 3 mm thick flat iron bar with nut-bolt etc. suitable for fixing on the pole including painting with anticorrosive paint.

S & F of 1 meter long 35 mm x 35 mm x 5 mm thick MS angle iron on the top of the GI pole with 35 mm x 5 mm thick MS flat iron half round clamp by nut-bolt arrangement for fixing 02 nos. LED flood light after making necessary drilled holes as required size.

Excavation of soil for installation of Earth Electrode with filling & ramming for soft soil. [1(a)/G-1]

Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe (ISI Medium), 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts. long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot-Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 13 mm dia x 80 mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. S & F 15 mm dia GI pipe protection (1 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level. Supplying & drawing of 1.1 KV. Gr. 3 core 1.5 sq. mm PVC insulated Cu. conductor cable (Make - Finolex/Polycab/Havells) from Pole Loop Box to LED fittings.

Painting of Steel Tubular Pole with ARM bracket by two coats of aluminium paint over the first coat of RO priming with ready mixed paint/primer of approved make and brand incl. preparation of surface by sand paper/emery paper, cleaning etc. for receiving fresh coat of paint. [4(a)/H-2]

Supply of 2 Core 6 sq. mm. XLPE Insulated & Sheathed Armoured Aluminium Conductor Cables for Working Voltage up to 1100 Volts [Make - Polycab / RR Kabel / Havells / Universal]. [NS]

Laying of 2 Core 6 sq. mm. XLPE/PVC armoured on wall/surface incl. S & F MS saddles with earthing attachment in 10 SWG GI (Hot-Dip) Wire, making holes etc. as necy. mending good damages and painting. [2(a)/F-1]

Laying of one no. 2 core 6 sq. mm cable in underground trench of 460 mm wide x 760 mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) nos. bricks per Mtr. including filling the space between the bricks and cable and also the trench with shifted soil, levelling up and restoring the surface duly rammed. Supplying & fixing 32 mm dia medium gauge GI pipe (ISI medium, Make - Jindal / Bansal) protection with necessary fittings and jointing materials as required. [F6/11(f)]

S & F of compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of 2 Core 6 sq. mm. XLPE/PVC armoured cables. [7(a)/F-4]
