Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description specifically provided for gates, staircase railings, framed truss etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) Fe 410-W (Gde- E- 250) quality- A complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and application of two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base to flooring, complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition brick work or stone/ boulder masonery built in cement mortar including all quoins , pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work using sub class ‘B’ old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks PCC Type C1 (1:3:6) (using 20mm graded aggregate) exc 10cm in width and setting in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing cement concrete Type C1 (1:3:6) 20 mm graded in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, filling hollow of frame with plain cement complete all as specified and directed.
