Supervisor/Receptionist - Providing services of Mate/Supervisor/receptionist required for proper Upkeeping, supervision & other miscellanious work of Field Hostel Building ,Club Building of Vyasi Project Dakpathar (one number Skilled).

Sweaping & Cleaning Services :- Providing sweeping & cleaning services to Field Hostel Building, Club Building of yasi Project Dakpathar complete in all respects which includes cleaning of toilets, corridor, rooms,etc including supply of all consumable items such as Brooms, Duster, Harpic, cleaning brush, solid soap, lequid soap, Naptheline Balls, small towel, colin spray, room freshner, air purifier, etc. required for proper completion of work (Three numbers Unskilled).

Gardening Services:- Providing services of Gardener/Mali for Field Hostel building, Club Building of Vyasi Project Dakpathar including proper maintenance of lawn, flowers, plants, cutting of grass, bush removal, white wash in garden patteries and stem of trees, time to time irrigation of all plants, planting new plants, etc. required for proper completion of work ( Two Numbers Semi skilled).

Attendant Services:- Providing service of room attendant/helper for upkeeping, record maintening, tea & water service, operating of pumps, locking of rooms and other miscellaneous works of Field Hostel Building,Club Building Dakpathar, as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge (Four numbers UnSkilled).

Plumber Services :- Plumbing services to Field Hostel Building,Club Building of Vyasi Project Dakpathar which includes all minor repair/replacement of water supply & sanitary fittings like water taps, union, elbow, PVC connections, plugs, waste pipe, jali, G.I. pipe etc.

Providing Service Of Helper for 8 hour in a Day for necessary work.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distember (Ready mix) having VOC content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :Old work (one or more coats)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :One or more coats on old work.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm)on existing cement paint surface.

Painting wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of required shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @0.75 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture

Providing and fixing G.I. pipes complete with G.I. fittings including trenching and refilling etc.G.I Pipe Line 15 mm dia (Internal work).
