Water proofing treatment on horizontal roof surfaces in the following manner including removing of all the debris out of MoD land , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge :- (a) Taking out of existing treatment such as tarfelt including roof treatment , cleaning of concrete surfaces and washing down of any description for preparation or as specified in particular specification before water proofing treatment of roof horizontal surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. (b) Roughening of surfaces of old concrete floor/slab by wire brushing, sweeping, cleaning and washing down to remove all loose dust etc, and brushing neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/Sqm on floor/roof surface before PCC padding. (c) Applying a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384 :1986 @ 0.40 ltr/sqm (d) Providing with 3 mm thick APP water proofing membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm reinforced with non woven polyster fabric matt (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid on primed surface by using butane torch by torch application with a side lap of 10 cm & 15 cm end lap weinghing not less than 3 kg/sqm duly sealed at over laps & joints with flame (by torch application) all as per manufacturer’s instructions.
Water proofing treatment on vertical surfaces in the following manner including removing of all the debris out of MoD land , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge :- (a) Taking down of existing treatment and pastered of wall surfaces of any description ,cleaning of surfaces and washing down for preparation before water proofing treatment of vertical surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. (b) 15 mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with 3% of WPC and finishing the surface even and fair without using extra cement . (c) Applying a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384 :1986@ 0.40 ltr/sqm (d) Providing with 3 mm thick APP water proofing membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm reinforced with non woven polyster matt (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid on primed surface by using butane torch by torch application with a side lap of 10 cm & 15 cm end lap duly sealed at over laps & joints with flame (by torch application) all as per manufacturer’s instructions.
Plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates as in roof padding to maintain the required slope or to prepare gola etc icluding weathering slightly ropunded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including necessary form work in and including demolition of (un-reinforced) cement concrete of any description or as roof padding and coveringg concrete in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and remove all the debris out of MoD land , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
40 mm thick brick tiles laid on roof and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) and jointed grouted flush in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement in and including dismantling of brick tiles or concrete tiles single layer on roofs of any description or thickness laid dry or with mortar and pointed and removal of rubbish outside MoD land , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm x 22 mm thick machine pressed bedded on 15 mm thick screed bed in cement moratr 1:6,set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, and cut and polished with grey cement and no pigment etc in and including dismantling of brick tiles or concrete tiles single layer on roofs of any description or thickness laid dry or with mortar and pointed and removal of rubbish outside MoD land , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
PVC sheet fillet 5mm thick of width 35 mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on wall to make PVC frame as per specification and drawing(Page No-180 of SSR Part-II) in and including taking down old unservicable sheet including cleanign and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall/other surfaces etc, complete all as specified and as didrected by Engr-in-Charge.
PVC wall lining consisting of 5 mm thick solid/Hollow printed colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement complete all as specified and drawing (Page No-180 of SSR Part-II) in and including taking down old unservicable sheet including cleanign and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall/other surfaces etc ,complete all as specified and as didrected by Engr-in-Charge.
Gyproc GI T Grid system in 600 x 600mm module which includes providing and fixing wall angle along the perimeter of the room with nylone sleeves and wooden screw at 300mm centre to centre. Suspendeding the main Tee of size from the soft, soffit cleat, rawl plugs and wire rod & leveling spring clips at 1200mm centre to centre cross the interlokined into the pre-cut slots in the main Tee at 600mm centre to centre in direction perpendicular to the main Tee to make a grid of 600 x1200mm. 600mm cross Tees are interlocked into pre-cut slots in the 1200mm Tees at 1200mm centre to centre in direction parallel to the main Tee. Cross Tees having length more than 600mm are to be supported indepndently. 9 to 12mm thick aquestic tiles with square Edge of size 595x595mm be placedin the grid of 600x600mm. Size of T-Grid in and including taking down old unservicable sheet including cleanign and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall/other surfaces etc ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge :- (a) Main T- 24x32x0.3mm thick and length 360mm. (b) Cross T-24x25x0.3mm thick and length 1200mm (c) Cross T-24x25x0.3mm thick and length 1600mm (d) Wall angle - 24x24x0.4mm thick and length 3000mm Make:- SAINT GOBAIN or equivalent as approved by Engr-in-Charge.
Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc ( Fe-410,Gde-E-250) in and including dismantling of framed trusse, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Pre-colour coated high tensile strength galvalume plain sheet roofing with yield strength (550 MPA) prepainted with aluminium (55%) and zinc (45%) alloy coating applied through continous hot dip process having total coated thickness (TCT) of 0.50mm as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Pre-colour coated high tensile strength galvalume corrugated sheet roofing with yield strength (550 MPA) prepainted with aluminium (55%) and zinc (45%) alloy coating applied through continous hot dip process having total coated thickness (TCT) of 0.50mm as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Fibre glass reinforced translucent (Plycorbonate) plain sheeting of 2 mm thick with lap fixed with coach screw and washer as in windows ,in roof, wall etc. fixed with self tapping screws, L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts in lieu of screws, in roofs, walls etcin and including demolition of old unservicable sheet/ridge ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.
Welding in repair exc 2.5 cm but n exc 5.00 cm in length thickness of metal to be welded n.exc 6mm, including cleaning, preparing the surfaces and holding the member in true position for maintenance of steel items such as gates, grills, doors window etc. ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.
