3.2 Preparation of Foundation for Embankment Scarifying Existing Bituminous Surface to a Depth of 150 mm by Mechanical Means Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 150 mm and disposal of scarified material with a lift upto 3 m and lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.4.

3.14 Construction of Subgrade and Earthen Shoulders Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 with lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1.

3.15.2 Compacting Original Ground (ii) Compacting original ground supporting subgrade Loosening of the ground upto a level of 300 mm below the subgrade level, watered,graded and compacted in layers to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 for subgrade construction as per Technical Specification Clause 303.5.2.

4.1.A.1 Granular Sub-base with Well Graded Material (Table 400.1) (A) By Mix in Place Method Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401. (i) For Grading I Material

4.9 Wet Mix Macadam Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and Technical Specification Clause 406. By Mechanical Means with 1 km lead

6.4 Construction of un-reinforced dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only,plain cement concrete pavement ,thickness as per design,over a prepared sub base,with 43 grade cement or any other type as per clause 1501.2.2 M 30 (grade),coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS 383,maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm,mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design,laid in approved fixed side formwork(steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges,steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing),spreading the concrete with showels,rakes,compacted using needle,screed, and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion ,construction joints,applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge /culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved,curing of concrete slabs for 14 days,using curing compound(where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specifications clause 1501

75.8.1 Providing Plain cement concrete for road work CC 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 fine aggregate: 4course aggregate) laid to required slope and camber in panels (@ 3 m c/c) as requiredincluding compaction, finishing and tamping etc .complete. Max. size of courseaggregate not exceeding 25mm , mixed in concrete mixer etc complete as perspecification (i) Nominal mix (1:2:4)

75.5.2.2pb Tack Coat - With Packed Bitumen Rates Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.
