Earth work excavation in ordinary soil, exclusive of compensation of earth:-Earth work undressed with a combined lead upto 15 metres including breaking of clods.

Earth work for filling in embankment slopes including excavation of available earth for filling, loading and carriage upto earth fill site, laying of earth in layers (each layer should not exceed 15 cm) including compaction of each layer by rolling/ramming and watering (at least 95% of the maximum dry density) etc. all complete as per drawing and direction of Engineer- in- charge

Dressing side slopes and preparation of sub grade for lining.

Extra for Compaction of earthwork in embankment under optimum moisture conditions to give at least 95% of the maximum dry density (proctor density)

Earth work in excavation in foundations trenches etc. in all kinds of soil where Pick-Jumper work is not involved and not exceeding 2.0 metres depth including dressing of bottom and sides of trenches, stacking the excavated soil clear from the edge of excavation and subsequent filling around masonry in 15 cm, layers with compaction including disposal of all surplus soil as directed within lead of 30 metres.

Cement concrete 1:4:8. with stone ballast 20mm gauge. mixing by mechanical means using concrete mixer volumetric type.

Shuttering for faces of concrete foundations and foundation beam & plinth beam (vertical or battering).

Cement concrete 1:2:4 with stone ballast or shingle. mixing by mechanical means using concrete mixer volumetric type.

Providing and laying P.C.C.block pitching over the base prepared for laying on embankment slopes with PCC block tiles of size 30cm x 30 cm x 4.0 cm laid over 20 mm thick cement sand mortar plaster with joint thickness 6mm filled with 1:3 cement sand mortar including curing etc. complete

Providing and laying half cut 250 mm internal dia RCC pipe (NP-2 class) including cutting, jointing and placement in position on prepared bed surface etc. complete.

12.5 mm thick cement plaster 1:3.

Rough grassing including uprooting rank vegetation and weeds by digging the area to a depth of 15 cm, removing all weeds and other growth with roots by forking repeatedly, breaking clods, mixing fertilizer, levelling and dressing for planting new grass, including disposal of all rubbish with all leads and lifts, planting doob grass in rows 15 cm apart in both directions, watering and maintenance till first mowing.

Providing and laying of GEO-synthetc Mat on embankment slope including laying and fixing, filling of earth cover 25-50 mm thick, dressing and finishing of earth cover etc. in complete.
