Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, washing, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer on interior / exterior wall surface at all heights including cost of all labour, materials and scaffolding charges.

Exterior wall painting two coats with acrylic emulsion paint(Apex Ultima or equivalent), having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour at all heights including cost of all labour, materials and scaffolding charges.

Wall painting two coats with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour to achieve even shade and colour (Asian/ Berger/ Nerolac/ Jotun or equivalent) at all heights including cost of all labour, materials and scaffolding charges.

Apply one coat best approved quality touch wood finish to doors, windows, partitions, furniture’s etc. after rubbing with sandpaper and cleaning well the surfaces at all heights including cost of all materials and labour etc. complete.

Painting approved quality two coats of primer to iron work at all heights, with red oxide zinc chromate metal primer including cost of all materials, labour charges ,hire charges for scaffolding etc. complete after scraping and cleaning the surface well as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coat with approved quality and colour synthetic enamel paint to old wood work/iron work at all heights including cost of all materials, labour charges, hire charges for scaffolding etc. complete as per instruction of Engineer- In –Charge.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 Sq.m and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. With cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4 fine sand)

Dismantling of existing false ceiling and framework including disposal of unserviceable surplus material and stacking of serviceable material within 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in - charge.

Providing and fixing false ceiling at all height including providing and fixing of frame work all as per detailed specification noted in Specific Requirements of work and as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge but excluding the cost of painting with :12.5 mm thick tapered edge moisture resistant gypsum plain board conforming to IS: 2095- (Part I) : 2011 (Board with BIS certification marks)
