The intending bidder should have satisfactorily completed (At least 90% of the Contract value) as a prime contractor at least one similar nature of work of value not less than Rs.24.92 Lakhs (Inclusive of GST) in the last Five financial years (i.e 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25 and 2025-26). The certificate issued by the Competent Authority not below the rank of Chief Engineer in case of KPCL works and not below the rank of Executive Engineer and equivalent in case of other Government Organizations is to be uploaded in the Technical bid. (Work done of previous years shall be given weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the present price level of financial year 2026-27).

The Intending bidder in his name should have achieved in At least Two financial years an average annual Financial Turnover of value not less than Rs.49.84 Lakhs (Inclusive of GST) during the last five financial years (i.e 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25 and 2025-26). The bidder shall submit the certified copy of Turnover certificate duly certified by the chartered Accountant for the respective two years & the same shall be uploaded along with the technical bid. (Financial turnover of previous years shall be given weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the present price level of financial year 2026-27).

Tenderers who meet the specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as under: Tender capacity:(Ax Nx2.5-B) where Maximum value of Civil Engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years (updated to 2025-26 price level) taking into account the completed as well as works in progress. N - Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which Tenders are invited for 0.25 years. B - Value at 2026-27 price level of existing commitments and on-going works to be completed during the next 03 Months (0.25 years) (period of completion of the works for which Tenders are invited).

F.I/we have accepted the condition that KPCL reserves the right to foreclose the contract at any point of time without assigning any reason.
