Clearing grass and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50 meters outside the periphery of the area, with all labour, T&P, taxes and cess etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Earthwork Excavation in hard soil within 50m initial lead and 1.5mt. Initial lift including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3mt in depth with cost of all labour, T & P , labour cess required for the work etc.complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Filling in foundation and plinth with sand including watering ramming, cost, conveyance, royalties and all taxes of materials and cost of labour with T&P with labour cess required for the work etc. complete as direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement Concrete M15 grade with 40mm and downgraded size crusher broken hard granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry free from dust, dirt and other foreign material including watering for curing including cost of all materials, conveyance, royalities, labour charges, labour cess, taxes, leads, lifts, delifts and all T&P materials etc as per specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Reinforced Cement Concrete of M20 grade with 20mm and down grade crusher broken hard granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry free from dust, dirt and other foreign material including watering for curing including cost of all materials, conveyance, royalities, labour charges, labour cess, taxes, leads, lifts, delifts and all T&P materials etc as per specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge

Providing HYSD bar reinforcement for R.C.C. work including Straightening, cutting, bending, binding, welding, tying the grills, laying and placing in proper position as per approved design and drawing including cost, conveyance of HYSD bar & 18 to 20 gauge binding wire with cost of all labour T & P ,labour cess,taxes etc. as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Rigid smooth centering and shuttering for C C work including false works and dismentalling then after casting including cost and convenance of materials, cost of labour , T&P, labour cess etc complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
