M&L WPC (Wood Polymer Composit) Double Prelam Door Frame (Chowkhat) of Size 120mm x 50mm with a wall thickness of 5mm(+/- 0.25), made out of extruded 5mm(=0.25) mm thick PVC Sheet of Density 600kg/cbm manufactured y an ISO 9001-2015 certified company and by joining 3 Nos heat moulded PVC Sections. The high section of size 35 x35 mm shall be maid from plain colour PVC sheet of 5mm(=/- 0.25 mm) thickness. The inside section will be covered with 5mm thick PVC sheet'C' shape covering section of size 120mm x 50mm. At centretop position 5mm(+0.25mm) thick 50 x50 x50 mm pattam section should be pasted with solvent cemen adhesive to make double pattam of frame. The frame shall be mitre cut at two corners & joined with 4 nos of 150mm long 'L' brackets of 19 x 19 mm MS square, Tube or fusion heat welding process. The two vertical door frames are to be reinforced with 25 x 25 mm MS square Tube of 19 gauge throughout the frame. The Door Frame shall be fixed to the wall using 8/100mm fischer screws. A minimum of 4 nos of screws to be provided for each vertical member & minimum 2 Nos. for horizontal member etc. complete as per manufacture's specification & direction of engineer-in charge.

Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid decorative type flush door shutter of size 30mm thick comprising of solid core single Leaf Flush Door of 25mm thickness, lipped with 15mm (5mm x 3) thick x 30 mm width on one stiles and top rails & 10mm (5mm x 2) thick x 30 mm width on the other stiles & bottom rails. The inner panel Laminated with 2mm thick termite proof, water proof & fire resistant moulded PVC sheet with 2,4,6 raised panel design in different plain &/or prelam colors on one side after routing the mouldd design on flush door & 2mm plain and/or prelam PVC sheet on other side using rubber based adhesive on flush door & solvent cement adhesive on the lipping etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, manufacture's specification and drawing.

Steel window 1.25mm thick box type (Primer coated) ERW hollow P section of size 85mm x 35mm double rebated comprises gauged, glazed skelton shutter (for glass and wire gauge) ERW Sec 50mm x 20mm and 1mm thick with two openable leaf consiting two Nos sash bar of T-Section 20mm x 3mm complete welded to frame with one vertical mullion of ERW box type T-section of size 30mm x 25mm and 1.25mm thick including cutting holes and making good dismantled portion in PCC M-15, type B-0 (04 No's for each window, steel duly painted with one shop coat of zinc chromate primer on prepared surfaces) and finishing the surfaces to match with existing including following fitting welded to frame shutter:- (i) Hold fast, 150mm long of 12mm x 3mm made to shape -04 Nos per window. (ii) Handle of Z section 20mm x 25mm, 100mm long -1 No per leaf. (iii) MS tower bolt 150mm long - 2 No per leaf. (iv) Z section 20mm x25mm, 100 long stopper - 1 No per leaf. (v) Cleat 65mm long of hollow square 15mm x 20mm x 63mm welded to hinge -1 No per leaf. (vi) Mild steel butt hinge of size 75mm x 12mm - 2 Nos per leaf. (vii) Flat iron fillets of size 20X3 mm for fixing wire gauge. (viii) Fabrication & fixing arrangement as per drg No. CEPZ/ TD 06/07. Make : As per Appendix 'C'. Note:-(i) Above referred drawing has not been made part of tender. The same can be seen in the office of GE during working hours on any working day.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing and rubbish of the premisses, complete including removal of debris to a distance exc 1.50 km but n.exc 2 km, complete all as specified and directed.

Non skid, Premium class I grade, coloured, ceramic tiles, 7 to 8mm thick (Square/ rectangular) area of each tile exc. 0.06 Sqm but not exc. 0.11 Sqm, in floors and the like, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand), complete all as specified and directed.

Glazed coloured tiles of size 450x350x7mm thick as in vertical surfaces such as jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match and including 10mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness, laid bedded and pointed in any mortar in floors, aprons etc. including removal of debris to a distance exc 1.5 km but n.exc 2 km, complete all as specified and directed.

Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20mm thick of size not less than 550 mm X 550mm as per sample kept in GE’s office, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab, as in floor, staircase (Single piece shall be user in riser/tread), laid over and including 15mm screed layer in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand), cutting, rubbing, grinding and polishing to achieve mirror finish, laid over PCC sub base, complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4, B-1 using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as inin roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) The unit rate include for use of form work (straight or curved).

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in padding/floor, 50mm thick, surface finished even and fair, complete all as specified and directed.

Preperation of old painted steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified.

Demolition of stone/boulders or brick masonary built in cement mortor including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dresses stone work and precast concrete articles etc, complete all as specified.

Fly ash brick work with old size bricks having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/Sqcm, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls and tiles with bedding, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete including removal of debris to a distance exc 1.5 Km but n exc 5 Km(Outside the Military Station), complete all as specified.

Rendering cement plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) on internal fair faces of brick wall or concrete surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering cement plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in two layers on fair faces of brick or stone walls finished even and smooth without using extra cement, mixed with WPC, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Supply only Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for seperately.

Material and Labour for waterproofing of exterior walls, including complete removal of existing plaster including raking out joints and applying two coats of acrylic polymer modified high performance coating (Smartcare Ultra Block 2k). The treatment shall be done from ground level and providing 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth all as directed. Make: "ASIAN PAINTS/BERGER/NEROLAC"

Rendering cement plaster 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) on ceiling surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster/decayed concrete from RCC roof projections/upward parapet walls/down facia/soffits and fins of RCC chajjas/beams/columns/balconies etc. and also applying one coat of anti corrision paint to visible reinforcement if any. Supply and fixing by means of nailing wire netting of galvanised wire 1.40mm dia and mesh size 20mm and brushing neat cement slury with 3.00 Kg of cement/sqm and M&L for 20mm thick cement rendering in two layers of 10mm each using shot gun or pressure nozzle or manually well bonded with surface (top/final layer shall be rendered after final setting of under layer) in Cm 1:3 on concrete surfaces including scaffolding at a height upto 7.00 mtrs etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only approved integral water proofing compound.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over primer for making surface smooth complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over primer for making smooth surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of ceiling and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over primer for making smooth surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of existing treatment on roof slab, taking down cement plaster including existing tarfelt from old roof surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface to remove all loose dirt etc on roof and applying the following :- (i) 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 mixed with WPC @ 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacturers instructions, the surface shall be finished even & smooth without using extra cement. (ii) FIRST COURSE : One coat of bitumen primer confirming to IS -3384 @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm. (iii) SECOND COURSE : One coat of bonding material using blown type bitumen confirming to IS - 702 grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/qm. (iv) THIRD COURSE : A layer of APP modified polymeric membrane, Centre core of 100 mm micron HMHDPE, outer film 20 micron each, thickness 3 mm, having wieght 2.25 Kg/Sqm, complete all as specified.

Preparetion of newly APP membrane surface and applying one coat of aluminium paint over APP membrance, complete all as specified.

Mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and/ or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed ballusters walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290. Gde-E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 32 above but for portions framed and hung as gates including pintle hinges, stops hand made sliding bolts etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Welded steel wire fabric not exceeding 4Kg/Sqm complete fixed to wood or steel members, complete all as specified and directed.

Preperation of newly or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified.

S&F for Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank 500 Ltrs capacity four layered (ISI Marked) cylinderical vertical with closed top, hoisted and fixed in position with ball brass valve, high pressure with Brass PVC float valve 20mm dia with polythene float and fly nut, tank nipples with check nuts and washers complete and making connections with existing water supply line including taking down of old tank, all as specified.

Taking down carefully shutter of steel window, area n. exc. 1.00 sqm each from existing steel frame by cutting existing unservicable fractional hinges (2 Nos) 40 mm in size and refixing in the same opening on same frame and making the shutter smoothly functional by providing and welding box type hinges-02 Nos, 300mm long casement MS stay with hinged joint fixed to steel sashes and two plates with studs-01 No. and MS handle 100 mm (left or right)-01 No on each leaf including two coats of synthetic enamel paint on welded portion/spot complete. NOTE:- Breaking or damaging glass panes/ wire mesh etc shall be made good by the contractor and no extra shall be paid for the same.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden frames or stone, concrete or brick surrounds, glazed with putty or fixed with beads complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for 3mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty/ wooden beads in square pane not exc 0.50 Sqm each pane in wooden/ Steel windows complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour,design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified & directed.
