GENERAL-PMMSY Expansion of Muthalapozhy Fishing Harbour -Supply Installation Testing and Commissioning of Two Numbers of Solar Mini Mast Flood Light System at Muthalapozhy Break Water-General Electrical Work

OD4637/2026-2027:Supply, installation, programming, testing, and commissioning of a non-integral 80W All-Weather Solar LED Floodlight System operating on a standalone DC network, complete with high-efficiency luminaire, monocrystalline solar PV module, Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO_4) battery pack, MPPT charge controller, mounting structures, interconnecting cables, and accessories, conforming to PWD standards. The floodlight luminaire shall have a minimum output of 13,000 lumens with a system efficacy greater than 160 lm/W, IP66 ingress protection, IK10 impact resistance, single-piece pressure die-cast aluminium housing with an optical grade polycarbonate cover embedded with individual optics for each LED, a minimum rated life of 75,000burning hours as per L70, and a 500-hour salt spray tested finish .The solar panel shall be a minimum 200 Wp Mono-Crystalline PV Module (39 V nominal) with excellent aging resistance, UV endurance, and an environmentally sealed IP67 junction box. System energy storage shall be provided by a maintenance-free 25.6 V, 72 Ah1843.2 WhLiFePO_4 battery bank having a minimum 2,000 cycle life at 80% DoD, providing 24-hour backup autonomy with dimming. The system charge controller shall be an MPPT type with ge 93\% efficiency, IP67 connectors, and 4-step programmable dimming via mobile application, featuring built-in protections against battery reverse polarity, panel reverse polarity, panel reverse current, PV input surge, battery over-voltage/under-voltage, load short circuit, and inline battery fuse protection. The scope of work includes a 5-year comprehensive warranty for the entire unit and mandatory quarterly cleaning of solar panels (once every 3 months) during the 3-year Defect Liability Period (DLP). The work including all expense at site complete as required as directed by the Engineer in Charge at site.

OD4636/2026-2027:Supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of a 10-meter continuously tapered, polygonal/octagonal hot-dip galvanized High Mast Pole, manufactured from IS 2062 steel with a minimum bottom diameter of 310 mm, top diameter of 150mm, and a 25 mm thick base plate anchored using 6 Nos. M24 grade high-tensile foundation bolts (850 mm long) with templates and lock nuts, structurally designed to withstand a wind speed of as per PWD standards. The mast shall feature a hot-dip galvanized double lantern carriage assembly equipped with non-corrosive synthetic/stainless steel pulleys and stainless steel wire ropes (7/19 construction), engineered to safely mount solar floodlight luminaires, solar PV modules, and weatherproof battery enclosures. Raising and lowering of the carriage shall be facilitated via a heavy-duty, self-sustaining, gear-driven manual winch mechanism with an anti-free fall reversible ratchet system housed inside a weather-sealed base door compartment with flush locking and earthing terminals, complete with hot-dip galvanization conforming to IS 4759 and a 5-year comprehensive warranty against structural and mechanical defects . The work including all expense at site complete as required as directed by the Engineer in Charge at Site. . ( The work excluding the foundation work such as concrete,RCC and excavation work etc )

OD4635/2026-2027:Supply and wiring with ISI marked, FRLS PVC, UV Protected insulated following size single core DC Copper conductor cables for interconnecting the control devices/ equipments including the wiring firm by suitable tie/ tie mounts/ PVC duct etc with sockets as required. 4.00 Sq.mm.

OD4634/2026-2027:Supply and Fixing of high-quality bird and pigeon spikes (6/4/BS-18-1 64BS18) for using prevent birds from settling on solar panels. These spikes act as an effective deterrent, ensuring that birds do not nest or perch on the panels, which can cause damage, reduce efficiency, and lead to maintenance issues. OD4638/2026-2027:Supplying, drilling, chemical anchoring, and fixing of Minimast foundation bolts on hard granite rock or breakwater armor structures using Stainless Steel Grade AISI 316 / AISI 316L (A4-70 / A4-80) threaded studs of suitable size (M20 or M24 x upto 900 mm length or as directed by Engineer in charge at site) by chemical injection process, including rotary hammer or core drilling of specified hole diameter and embedment depth (minimum 10d to 12d) into solid hard rock, thorough hole cleaning using oil-free compressed air at minimum 6 bar pressure and round steel wire brushing following the 4-times blow and 4-times brush sequence, injection of European Technical Assessment (ETA Option 1) certified marine-grade pure epoxy or vinyl ester chemical resin mortar resistant to seawater, salt mist, and chlorides, setting of threaded studs complete with 2 Nos. SS 316 heavy hex nuts, 2 Nos. SS 316 flat washers, 1 No. SS 316 spring lock washer, and neoprene/nylon isolation washers per bolt to prevent bi-metallic corrosion, shuttering and casting of M30/M35 grade sulphate-resistant non-shrink concrete levelling pad/foundation pedestal of minimum 150 mm thickness above rock level, high-strength non-shrink polymer precision under-grouting beneath the minimast base plate, conducting on-site field hydraulic pull-out load testing on installed chemical anchors (10% or minimum 2 anchors per location) up to design proof load, along with all labour, machinery, tools, air compressors, scaffolding, marine safety equipment, testing, and clearing site complete as per technical specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

14.8:Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1 :3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in foundation of pump, DG set etc. including form work etc. as required.
