| 1.001 | OD4637/2026-2027:Supply, installation, programming, testing, and commissioning of a non-integral 80W All-Weather Solar LED Floodlight System operating on a standalone DC network, complete with high-efficiency luminaire, monocrystalline solar PV module, Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO_4) battery pack, MPPT charge controller, mounting structures, interconnecting cables, and accessories, conforming to PWD standards. The floodlight luminaire shall have a minimum output of 13,000 lumens with a system efficacy greater than 160 lm/W, IP66 ingress protection, IK10 impact resistance, single-piece pressure die-cast aluminium housing with an optical grade polycarbonate cover embedded with individual optics for each LED, a minimum rated life of 75,000burning hours as per L70, and a 500-hour salt spray tested finish .The solar panel shall be a minimum 200 Wp Mono-Crystalline PV Module (39 V nominal) with excellent aging resistance, UV endurance, and an environmentally sealed IP67 junction box. System energy storage shall be provided by a maintenance-free 25.6 V, 72 Ah1843.2 WhLiFePO_4 battery bank having a minimum 2,000 cycle life at 80% DoD, providing 24-hour backup autonomy with dimming. The system charge controller shall be an MPPT type with ge 93\% efficiency, IP67 connectors, and 4-step programmable dimming via mobile application, featuring built-in protections against battery reverse polarity, panel reverse polarity, panel reverse current, PV input surge, battery over-voltage/under-voltage, load short circuit, and inline battery fuse protection. The scope of work includes a 5-year comprehensive warranty for the entire unit and mandatory quarterly cleaning of solar panels (once every 3 months) during the 3-year Defect Liability Period (DLP). | 1.002 | OD4636/2026-2027:Supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of a 10-meter continuously tapered, polygonal/octagonal hot-dip galvanized High Mast Pole, manufactured from IS 2062 steel with a minimum bottom diameter of 310 mm, top diameter of 150mm, and a 25 mm thick base plate anchored using 6 Nos. M24 grade high-tensile foundation bolts (850 mm long) with templates and lock nuts, structurally designed to withstand a wind speed of as per PWD standards. The mast shall feature a hot-dip galvanized double lantern carriage assembly equipped with non-corrosive synthetic/stainless steel pulleys and stainless steel wire ropes (7/19 construction), engineered to safely mount solar floodlight luminaires, solar PV modules, and weatherproof battery enclosures. Raising and lowering of the carriage shall be facilitated via a heavy-duty, self-sustaining, gear-driven manual winch mechanism with an anti-free fall reversible ratchet system housed inside a weather-sealed base door compartment with flush locking and earthing terminals, complete with hot-dip galvanization conforming to IS 4759 and a 5-year comprehensive warranty against structural and mechanical defects .
