Providing of all materials, Carting from site of work, lowering into trenches with true to alignment, Laying & Jointing of full length S&S centrifugally cast (spun) ductile iron pipes. (including supply of 'EPDM' rubber gaskets confirming to IS: 5382-1985 anD, etc.) and testing of pipe line complete. Providing, laying & jointing D.I. specials of class K-12 suitable for push-on jointing (conforming IS: 9523-2000) as per directed by Engineer-in-charge required for proper completion of work. (upto 600 mm dia.)
Providing of all materials, carting from site store to site of work, laying & jointing of G.I. medium duty (Class-B) screwed pipes (including supply of all jointing materials like specials, white lead, hemp and oil etc.) in trenches with its cutting, threading and testing of pipe line etc. complete. conforming to IS : 1239 (part-1). Required for proper completion of work to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. (For Distribution System,G.I. (M))
Excavating in soil mixed with single boulders etc. requiring the use of specials T&P, if any, for pipe line trenches including lift up to 50m and lead upto 30m with back filling, watering, ramming of excavated earth in the trenches. as per directed by Engineer-in-charge required for proper completion of work.
Making connection for consumers to the connecting main including necessary excavation, drilling hole to the main pipe line, providing and fixing saddle, required size brass ferrule, stop cock, bends, adapters, unions etc. with providing and laying required size G.I./MDPE pipe from connecting main up to the consumer house, giving satisfactory water tightness test for the complete assembly etc. complete as directed by engineer-in-charge - up to 25mm size.
