10 Distempeing (Two coats) with oil bound washable

distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of

required shade on wall surfaces to give an even

shade, over and including a priming coat with alkali

resistance primer of approved brand after thoroughly

brushing the surface and other foreign matter and

also including preparing the surface even and sand

parpered smooth.

11 Providing and fixing concertina razor blade coil

fencing with Punched tape concertina coil 915 mm

dia 15 mt openable length on 3mt height of wall with

providing and fixing M.S. Angle (ISA (50mm x 50mm

x 5mm) of "Y" shape of size 300mm x 300mm x

1200mm with base plate 150 x 150 mm as directed

by Engineer in charge in existing masonry or cement

concrete using anchor fastner by drilling holes

complete to support barbed wire or concertino razor

blade with one coat of primer and two coat oil paint

including fixing of angle in concrete placed at 2.4mt to 435.00 474.01 Rmt.

3.00 mt apart and with 4 horizontal R.B.T. reinforced

barbed wire(3 mm) , stud tied with G.I. staples and

G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including necessary

bolts or G.I.barbed wire tied to angle iron, all

complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, with

reinforced barbed tape (R.B.T.)/Spring core (2.5 mm

thick) and weight 43.478 gm/meter at compound wall.
