Note 1: (Applicable for all parts/items) : The bidders/contractors are advised to read tender document, all drawings & all corrigendum/amendments and general condition of contracts before entry/quoting the rates. Note 2:- Attention to bidder is hereby invited to upload revised BOQ if published during their bid submission. Uploading of incorrect/ pre-revised BOQ shall be treated as non bonafide and rejected. Fixed credit has been given in technical documents which shall be taken into account during acceptance of bid/tender.

S&F coloured 0.50mm thick pre- painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based trapezoid profile steel sheet having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws with bitumen washer to truss, rafter, purlin etc. members of any type of material including taking down existing sheet complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in eves covering, ridges or of similar type, fixed with self tapping screws including necessary mild steel flats and screws for fixing with framed structure including taking down existing sheet complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats and shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) exc 1.5 sqm but not exc 4Sqm each complete in all respect as specified and directed.

S&F powder coated aluminium frame for door, window & grill including necessary joining cleats, of Jindal section No 20832 or equivalent section of appd make of 1.5mm thick complete in all respect as specified and directed. (Powder coating shall be min 50micron) (Note: all external members to be joined at 45 degree angle at corner)

S&F powder coated aluminium sliding window with/without sash bars, aluminium sections of thickness 2mm including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, EPDM rubber packing (of 50 No grade), powder coated aluminium snap beading, screws, center grooved stainless steel ball-bearing double roller 2 position height adjustment, sound/dust brush, recessed handle with locking arrangement complete in all respect as specified and directed. (Powder coating shall be min 50micron) (Note: all external members to be joined at 45 degree angle at corner)

Supply and fixed in repair plain sheet glass 4 mm thick, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty or in wooden frmae with new wooden beadings in square/rectangular or of any shape not exc. 0.5 sqm in each pane etc. including hacking out old glasses complete in all respect as specified and directed.

S&F wire netting of Stainless steel wire 0.43mm dia of 1.18mm size of mesh fixed with tinned tacks of stainless steel wire stapl and fixed with tinned tacks, or galvanized staples in wooden/steel sections including necessary new second class hard wood wooden beadings of existing shape and size or welding/ new nut and bolt required complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix exposed GI powder coated snap grid frame work for false ceiling in flat or in sloping , of grid size 600x600mm comprising of wall/cleat angle of size 25x25x0.35mm and cross tee of size 24x38x0.70mm with 4mm dia GI wire as suspender and including 4mm thick decorative pre -painted non asbestos board (E-Board) in false ceiling including fixing arrangement from steel/wooden truss of any type including dismantalling of existing false ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixed in position two layered ISI marked rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks of 500 litres capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top) including cover, using new GI tank/PPR or other type of material tank nipples and unions for inlet and outlet pipe connection of same internal bore dia. and one for cleaning with dead plug , including dismantling and taking down of old unserviceable water storage tank complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Supply and fixed in position two layered ISI marked rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks of 1000 litres capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top) including cover, using new GI tank/PPR or other type of material tank nipples and unions for inlet and outlet pipe connection of same internal bore dia. and one for cleaning with dead plug , including dismantling and taking down of old unserviceable water storage tank complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Cleaning and preparation of roof/wall (RCC/BRICK/tiles/Cement cuncrete) surface and made free of dirt, foreign particles, laitance followed by grinding all protrusions to make surface modulated. Thereafter, inspection for cracks on the surface ceused by thermal expansion/ contraction and repairing the cracks on the surface caused by thermal machine, filled with Repair Mortar/General purpose Grout in the proportions as recommended by manufacturer, supplying and applying High performance Hybrid Polyurea waterproofing coating spray/hand applied liquid membrane including taking of existing roof treatment and apply with following specifications: (a) Elongation of range 400% 600% (b) Tensile strength of 8-12 N/mm2. (c) Crack bridging ability of 3.00-4.00mm (d) Hardness (Shore 'A' ASTM D2240) of range 50-70 The application shall include final base preparation, epoxy primer application in rato 1.1 (resin: hardner) with 100% water dilution and application of Hybrid polyurea in two coats in 6 hrs interval to achieve total min thickness 1 to 1.50mm. The application/ treatment shall be carried out by authorized rep of approved specialist firm/manufacturer Make- SIKA/FOSROC/Asian Paints/Berger. Note: The defect liability period of water proofing treatment shall be 10 years and the contractor shall beespor building(s) free From leakage/seepage for a period of completion. The contractor may obtain a similar guarantee by him for the purpose. 10 years after certified date of completion. the contractor may obtain a similar guarantee from the specialist firm engaged by him for purpose.

S&F mild steel sections (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing, independent fixing with welding etc. including distance pieces, cleats etc. using Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) quality A complete in all respect as specifified and directed.

M & L brick work sub class B, class designation 75 old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6 including dismantling of existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for half brick work with old size sub- class ‘B’ bricks of CD 75, straight or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4 including dismantling of existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying for cement concrete in coping, mud stops, hold fasts using type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm nominal size crushed and graded stone aggregate) or of similar work, etc. including necessary form work complete in all respect as specifified and directed.

S&F Tensile SRF PVC Coated Fabric 800 GSM PBDT fire retardent, water and fungus proof any colour as in roof covering fixing with hooks nut bolt and SS wire, complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : The rate is inclusive of SS wire and all connected fasteners)

M & L for Broken stone or boulders hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete in all respect as specified and directed

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm crushed and graded stone aggregate) as in foundaion and mass filling complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Supply and fixed for glazed ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) in vertical surface, area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exc 0.16 sqm, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the tile colour over 15mm thick rendering in cement sand mortar 1:4 including dismantalling of existing tiles with screed bed/plastering complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Providing and laying skid/non-skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floor etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match tile colour over 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (CM) 1:6, complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 25mm cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm crushed and graded stoone aggregate) in flooring and finishing the cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement including dismanatlling of existing PCC floor complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Supply and fixed 2nd class hard wood plain fillets, with sectional area exc. 6Sqcm but not exc. 13Sqcm in square, rectangular or triangular in section, clean sawn, secured with nails or beads etc. complete in all respect as specified and directed.

S&F 2nd class Hard wood scanttlings, wrought in any position for framed work jointing wirh nails, screws, nut bolt etc. including necessary supports to existing truss including Dismantling of timber scanttlings 40 Sqcm & over in section, in any position for framed workcomplete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on brick/stone or concrete surfaces of wall, finished even & smooth without using extra cement including taking down existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on brick/stone or concrete surfaces of wall, finished even & smooth without using extra cement including taking down existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F GI wire netting 0.90 mm dia and 12 mm mesh lathing to wood or metal studding, joists, etc. in walls, ceilings, stanchions, beams, etc. including all laps, cutting and waste, complete in all respect as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick plastering on wall in cement mortar (1:4) finished even and smooth without using extra cement on one side of lathing or stone masonary surface other than fair face on other side of lathing, including taking down existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick plastering on wall in cement mortar (1:6) finished even and smooth without using extra cement on othr side of lathing or stone masonary surface other than fair face on other side of lathing, including taking down existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of newly undecorated plastered surface of wall and applying three coats of cement based paint over one coat of alkali resistant priming paint including filling of voids/surface with wall care putty on plastered surface complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old undecorated plastered surface of wall and applying one coats of oil bound distemper and finished another one coat with spunge roller over one coat of alkali resistant priming paint and filling of cracks by wall care putty complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of newly undecorated plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper and finished another one coat with spunge roller over one coat of alkali resistant priming paint over 2mm thick (in two layers), wall care putty complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment on wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper and finished another one coat with spunge roller over one coat of alkali resistant priming paint over 2mm thick wall care putty complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of walls and applying two coat of weather coat and filling of cracks by using wall care putty and a coat of primer including rubbing etc. and all necessary preperation complete in all respect as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated wooden surfaces with pre mixed wood filler used as putty of grith exc 10cm and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Preparaing old decorated plastered or unplastered surface of wall and apply two coats of white wash including filling the voids/surface with wall care putty complete in all respect as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old decorated plastered surface of ceiling and applying two coats of oil bound distemper including filling of voids with wall care putty on plastered/unplastered surface including complete removal of existing treatment complete in all respect as specified and directed.
