Construction of concrete road from house of Safiulla Sardar to house of Ibrahim Paik at Kalicharanpur.- 118018234/10

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m., transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 5.0 km. as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 for Rural Roads of MORD (Mode of measurement : pre works and post works).

Dressing and chilchalling road flanks including cutting and filling with earth upto 150 mm. average thickness finished with outward cross-grade of 1 in 30. (Extra quantity of earth for filling shall be obtained from road side borrow pits.).

Brick soling with picked jhama bricks including preparation of bed as necessary with brick joints properly filled in and packed with powdered earth and including necessary cushion of similar material below the soling (and in between layers when more than one layer is used) completes as per direction. Single brick flat soling (thickness 75 mm.).

Hire and labour charges for shuttering with or without staging upto 4.0 m. height using approved stout props with wooden plank/ply wood/steel sheet plate with required bracing for any kind of plain or reinforced concrete works in all sorts of minor structure including culvert, box culvert, cross drain etc. The rate is inclusive of fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of work as per specification and direction. Where staging is not required.

Ordinary Cement Concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips (20 mm. nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement, if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes. Pakur variety.

Carriage of all disturbed and undisturbed samples from site of work to the Divisional Office or elsewhere including loading and unloading as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge for detailed investigation.

Test of material : Brick : Determination of compressive strength as per IS:3405(Part I-IV).

Test of material : Brick : Determination of water absorption as per IS:3405(Part I-IV).

Test of material : Brick : Determination of efflorence as per IS:3405(Part I-IV).

Test of material : Cement : Fineness by dry sieving as per IS:4031(Part-I).

Test of material : Sand : Grading by sieve analysis as per IS:2386(Part-I).

Test of material : Stone : Grading by sieve analysis as per IS:2386(Part-I).

Test of Concrete : Compressive strength test of concrete specimen as per IS:516.

Supplying, fitting and fixing Marble Plate with inscription of work (400 mm. x 250 mm.).

Submitting pre-mid-post work photographs.
