Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of stone masonry surfaces or concrete surfaces on wall in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing Integral Water proofing treatment (where ever required as directed by Engineer in charge) complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately)

Rendering 5mm thick in CM 1:3 on concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement as in ceilings complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of newly plastered surface and applying two coats of water based distemper having VOC contents less than 50gms/litre of approved manufacturer of requred shade and colour over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old decorated wood or wooden based surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Racking out joints of Tile flooring and pointing with Tile joint sealing powder Fevimate TG (Tile grout) of Pidilite or equivalent make as approved by GE for filling joints of existing tile to prevent leakage / seepage complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Complete cleaning of sanitray fittings (Wall mixtures, showers, corner glass) with vinegar solution for removing stubborn dirt, stains and limescale. A diluted 50:50 vinegar water solution surfaces cleaned with complete removal of mineral deposits on surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Note for Item No. 57.00 to 60.00 : (i) The contractor / his authorized supervisor of the work will report daily at complaint cell of AGE B/R Porbandar (for Nausena Bagh & NOFRA) at 08:30 AM to receive day to day complaints. (ii) All sewage complaints must be attended immediately on receipt but not later than 24 hours. (iii) Penalty for not attending complaint beyond 24 hours shall be Rs. 200.00 per complaint per day delayed. (iv) Some items of work is to be executed in multistory buildings. The quoted rates deemed to include Multy story factor and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account.

a) Manholes not exceeding depth of 1.0 mtr.

b) Manholes depth exceeding 1.0 mtr but not exceeding 2.0 mtr.

Removal of blockage of sewage line of pipe up to 150 mm bore and systematically cleaning the same using necessary tools mechanically or manually such as passing rope knot bamboo kanti , jet auger, pressure tool and mechanical tools of description of required size including safety measures such as mask for gas etc all as per item of cleaning of manholes flushing the pipes with water after removal of blockage as specified.

Removal of blockage of sewage line in PVC (SWR) pipes fixed in wall and floor and systematically cleaning the same using necessary tools mechanically cleaning the same using necessary tools machanically or manually including safety measures such as mask for gas, safety belts all as per item of cleaning of manholes flushing the pipes with water after removal of blockage as specified.

Taking out silt, brick, debris, liquids waste, sludge in solid / semi solid/ liquid state including complete cleaning of septic tank (bailing out water) and suitably disposing off outside MD land in covered container for the following capacities by mechanical means such as Jet auger and mechanical vacuum tank complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

a) 25 to 49 users capacity

Cleaning of chocking / blocking of WHB / water closet (Indian/European WC), floor traps, Gully trap using necessary tools and cleaning /washing area and re-fixing the grating, etc in position after completion of job packing with white cement, all as specified and directed.

Excavation over areas n exc 1.50m deep and getting out in soft / disintegrated rock , including forming surface to required slope gradient, complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation over areas exc 1.5m deep but n exc 3m deep and getting out in hard/dense soil, including forming surface to required slope gradient, complete all as specified and as directed.
