Taking down cement plaster/dado (terrazzo) on brick/concrete or stone walls, ceiling, etc, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrugbbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry, built in cement mortar incl all quoins, arches pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F M S Hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts;posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165complete all as specified.

S&F Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, rafters, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel, flat, hollow sections) including distance pieces, cleats, welding/rivets/nut/bolts/washer etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 2nd class hard wood scantling, clean sawn, timber framed work and fixed , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Pre-painted galvatume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an coulour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing gypsum board 12mm thick in ceiling fixed with screw as per manufacturers instructions, fixed with metal(GI) frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of GI perimeter channel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mmthick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with GI cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate chennel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre, hangers with 25 mm wide 0.45 mm thick G.I. (upto 1200 mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof by means of ceiling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60 mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5 mm dia 40 mm long including two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer, complete all as specified and directed

M&L Providing and fixing of V-board ("Visaka")/E-board 'Everest' make 600x600x4mm thick white prelaminated seif embosed reinforced designer ceiling board tiles of approved texture at all height laid on Hot dipped Galvanised iron imposed grid with 24 mm wide T-section exposed flanges which shall be power coated white. The frame work shall comprise of main runner made from 0.33mm thick GS sheet and of size 24x32x3000mm and spaced at 1200mm centers securely fixed to the structural soffits by approved hangers at 1200mm maximum centers. Hangers/suspended with 2 run of 2 mm dia of GI wire to be fixed by approved rawl plug, level and justers and screws etc. The last hanger at the end of each main runner shall be greater than 450mm from adjacent wall. Flush fitting of 1200mm long cross tee (with double stitching) to be interlocked between main runners at 600mm center to form 1200x600mm modules cross tee longer than 600 mm to be supported independently. 600x600 mm modulesto be formed by fitting 600 mm long cross Tee centrally between the 1200mm cross tee. Tee, Perimeter wall angle shall be of 0.45mm thick GS shgeet of size 19x19mm and 300 mm long of white colour all as specified by manufacture instruction.

Note for Item No. 13.00 and 14.00- Ceiling fan allready fixed in ceiling shall be taken down and refixed in position whilst ceiling works proceeds. Disconnecting point wiring and redoing including cost of fixing items viz switch, socket etc, lighit fittings also included in unit rate. New fixtures if any orderd shall be paid at Supply only Rates.

M&L of brick work with sub class 'B' burnt old size bricks straight or curved on plan not exc. 6 m mean radius bult in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item No.16 above but except bricks,complete all as specified.

M&L for covings /coping/bed blocks in PCC 1:2:4 Type B-1 ( using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) at junction of parapet wall & roof etc including form work, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on on brick work or concrete and finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated surface of steel or iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of cement based paints over and including primer including preparation to newly plastered surfaces of walls etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L incl preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.
