| 1Part-A Servicing of Jaquar make Heat pumps of following heating capacities in Solar water heating systems including, Inspection of complete system comprising compressor, heat exchanger, evaporator, Circulation pump, electrical connections, control panel, valves, water circuits, piping. Complete draining of the water circuits, Chemical descaling of heat exchanger and circulation system using approved non-corrosive descaling solution. Pressure / jet cleaning of heat exchanger, strainers and filters, cleaning of evaporator fins and air passages. Checking refrigerant pressure and system operating parameters (without gas charging). Refilling with fresh water, removal of air locks. Testing and commissioning after servicing, trial run under normal operating conditions, checking for leakage, abnormal noise, vibration, temperature rise, cut-in / cut-out operation of thermostat, safety cut-outs and overall performance, complete in all respects as required. (It include all labour, chemicals, tools & tackles, consumables and transportation, but excluding cost of spare parts and refrigerant gas) | |||||
