Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting trees rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, laying, spreading & compacting graded stone aggregate to to Wet Mix Macadam specification including pre mixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base/base course on well prepared surface & compacting with vibratory roller to acieve the desired density as per clause 406 of MoSRT & H specifications for road & bridge works.(4th Revision)

Cleaning the existing black topped surface with removal of foreign materials with brooms or soft brushes and finally dusting with old gunny bags and/or compressed air to receive bitumenous etc complete as per dierection of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen using Pressure distributor @ 0.20kg/sqm on the prepared surface cleaned with mechanical brooms as per clause 503 of MOSRT & H Specifications etc complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & laying Semidense bituminous concrete (SDBC) with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregate of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder (60/70) penetration Grade of Bitumen, transporting the hot mix to the site, laying with a Hydrostatic paver Finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level & alignmen, rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory & tandem Roller to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 508 of Mo SRT&H Specifications etc complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing Gravel in berms including watering ramming with rammer with all cost, conveyance, royality of all materials etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Reinforced cement concrete M-15 Grade Kilometre stone of standard designs as per IRC-8-1980 ,Fixing in position including painting & printing etc complete

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.
