Outsourcing of services for general maintenance of cooling appliances like window/ split type ACs, water coolers, refrigerators, deep freezers installed in various buildings of NSTL including attending to repairs & carrying out periodical servicing, leak testing etc. by replacing worn-out spares, charging of refrigerant gas etc. including necessary T&P and consumables required for welding/ brazing works etc. complete by engaging requisite manpower in General shift of 08 hours/ day on all days excluding Sundays & Public holidays complete all as specified and as directed. Minimum manpower to be engaged: One Skilled Refrigeration Mechanic in General shift of 08 hours per day on all days excluding Sundays & Public Holidays. [Notes: Spares require replacement, refrigerant gas & Nitrogen gas required for leak testing shall be measured and paid separately as 'Supply only' and the fixing / charging element deemed to be included in the quoted rate]

Disconnecting and Taking down outdoor unit of split Acs of 1.5/2.0TR capacity, dismantling the shell, scrapping old painted steel surfaces to remove rust and painting the surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint and assembling, refixing the unit and connecting up complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only PVC flexible pipe for condensed water drain fitted with clamps/concealed suitable for window/Split type Acs in wall/roof complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only power transformer suitable for split/window Acs coplete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing single pole MCB 20-32 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Detecting the gas leakage, rectifying the defects by vaccumising and charging fresh mafron gas (r-32) and commissioning and testing the split/ window type air conditioner unit1.5/ 2.0 Ton capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for taking out Split/ window type air conditioner 1.0/1.5/2.0 Ton capacity of any make from its original position and shifting of AC from existing location to new location complete installation and testing including making good of old location complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
