Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of double skin construction AIR HANDLING UNIT of 14000CFM made of 25mm thick panels consisting of pre plasticized G.I. casing of thickness 0.8mm outside layer and 0.8 mm inside layer with polyurethane foam (PUF) insulation factory injected between them by injection moulding machine. AHUs shall be provided with Lockable push button OFF near AHU. AHU shall be complete with following: a. Supply air centrifugal Backward / forward curved fan for all AHU's with efficiency >75% suitable for static pressure of not less than 40mmwg and Fan outlet velocity not exceeding 10 mps. b. VFD shall be designed for dedicated HVAC applications for supply air fan with built-in PID controller, control panel (keypad & display) , suitable IP enclosure for use on standard. Each VFD panel to be provided with digital display showing electrical parameters like voltage, current, power consumption and shall be independent mounting type.The VFD should have following I/O points AI- 5 , AO- 4 , DI- 6, DO -2 , Vendor configure & programme VFD based on above points. Each VFD Panel shall be provided with a suitable capacity incomer 4 pole MCCB & Terminals for cable Termination etc as required. This starter Panel shall be provided with 2 nos 16 A DP MCB & 1No. 32 - 50 A TPN MCB for VFD etc complete as required for functionig of VFD for AHU. c.Pre filter ( MERV 8 - filter section with 50mm thick metal viscous/ washable synthetic type air prefilters ) in supply air stream. d.Cooling coil section with aluminium finned copper tubes (tubes thickness not less than 0.5mm) , cooling coil of 6 row deep e.Squirrel cage induction motors suitable for 415 ± 10% volts, 50 Hz, AC supply & high efficiency IE3. f.Fan belt drive package with suitable belt and pulleys g.Vibration isolators. h.Mixing Chamber with return air and fresh air dampers of suitable capacity. i. AHU shall be provided with SS-304 end plates for coil , 150 mm dia. dial type pressure gauges (2 nos.)and industrial type thermometers (2 nos.) at the inlet and outlet of coil, auto purge valve wherever required

Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of horizontal FAN COIL UNITS, blow through type, each complete with 3 rows deep chilled water coil, one or more 3 speed centrifugal fans, cleanable metalic filters, main condensate drain pans, casing, coil piping connections, through copper pipes, condensate drain connections, wiring, control wiring in conduit upto thermostat boxes. All fan coil units shall be suitable for 230 + 6% volts, 50 cycles, single phase power supply. Fan Coil Units shall be of 3TR and 1200CFM refrigeration capacities

Supplying, laying/ fixing, testing and commissioning of following nominal sizes of chilled water piping inside / outside the building (with necessary clamps, vibration isolators and fittings but excluding valves, strainers, gauges etc.) duly insulated with fire retardant quality expanded polystrene moulded pipe section of density 20 kg/cu.m after a thick coat of cold setting adhesive (CPRX compound) wrapping with 500g polythene faced hessain and finally applying 0.63mm aluminium sheet cladding complete with type3 , grade 1 roofing feltstrip(as per IS:1322 as amended up to date ) at joints repairing of damage to building etc. as per specifications and as required complete in all respect. 100mm dia.(50mm thick insulation) pipe M.S. 'C' class as per IS : 1239

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of TWO WAY PRESSURE INDEPENDENT DYNAMIC BALANCING CUM CONTROL VALVE suitable for 100mm dia pipelines provided with spring return function & fitted with modulating actuators in chilled water lines at air handling unit. The actuator shall have required shut off capability of minimum 4 bar rating. The valves & actuators for AHU’s shall be provided with thermostat for measuring the return air temperature and operating the actuator as an independent system. Further the valve shall also be compatible with Building Automation System (Siemens Desigo CC)

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Stand alone Intelligent 32 bit Microprocessor DDC Controllers (PXC12.D or equivalent) as per the specifications for IO points. The above shall be housed in a vandal proof, lockable & secure MS powder coated Cabinets to be supplied along with the Controllers.

Integration of the DDC controller including sensors into the existing BMS system (Make : Siemens Model : Desigo CC)
