Taking up/down worn out/damaged/unserviceable PVC insulated underground cable armoured, heavy duty with aluminium conductors of any size, 1100V grade from trench/duct/pole/wall/pipes/roof tops etc. complete including taking out sand cushioning and brick protection etc all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separetely.

Supply, laying and connecting, LT UG cable XLPE insulated, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor laid in trenches/on poles/walls/in ducts/passing through pipes etc including jointing materials such as cable glands, lugs etc of size 300Sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed. Note : Epoxy cable Joints shall be measured and paid separately

Excavation in trenches in soft or loose soil, not exceeding 1.5 metre deep and not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and getting out complete all as specified and directed. Notes : (i) Payment for excavation shall be made for one time in case the new cable is laid in the same trenches .

Returning, filling in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Brick protection with sub class "B" bricks (old size) laid dry, flat in trenches over cable with longest dimension perpendicular to the axis of the cable complete all as specified and directed specified .

Sand cushioning in trenches and well ramming in layers with 8 cm below and 15 cm above the cable with fine dry sand for cable protection and complete all as specified and directed. Note: 18 cm punned thickness shall be measured for payment purpose.

40mm bore GI tubing light grade as in cable protection pipe including all fittings as in replacement complete all as directed.

50mm bore GI tubing light grade as in cable protection pipe including all fittings as in replacement complete all as directed.

80mm bore GI tubing light grade as in cable protection pipe including all fittings as in replacement complete all as directed.

M&L boring under road/path/hard standing to pass the HT / LT UG cables upto 80mm dia pipe using mechanical arrangements complete all as specified and directed.

Adequate teams shold be provided by contractor to carryout the jobs to complete with in desired perdicity.

Taking down serviceable GI earth strip of any size for replacement of wornout/unserviceable stud insulators and refixing including providing new porcealian/plastic insulators of suitable size with screws/nuts, bolts and washers and welding/brazing of joints/broken points etc complete all as specified.

Backfill compound should be eco freindly and having RDSO certification. Copper bonded rod earthing should be maintenance free.the earthing pit should be covered with FRP pit cover etc complete including taking down and testing on completion all as specified directed Make: JMV/ENNOV infra solution/power trac.

M& for surface dressing not exc 15cm deep of earth pit surrounding area upto 1.5 Mtr away on all sides and complete earth pit, funnel etc of earth pit chamber including by cutting and cleaning away grass, bushes, small plant, vegetable shrubs, bushes of under roots etc and depositing waste to nearby garbage bin complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling the existing unserviceable earth pit and M&L for constructing earth pit chamber with 120mm thick walls in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 of size 300x300mm (internal size)x250mm deep with 150mm thick foundation of size 690x690mm using PCC 1:4:8 type D2, 15mm thick internal plaster, RCC (1:2:4) type B1 precast cover of size 540x540x40mm thick with 6mm dia 150mm C/C mild steel bars with lifting handles 02 Nos with 8mm dia MS bar complete including marking of earth pit details all as specified and directed.
