Enlisted vendors in the Purchase Material Group 66007 for the Ferro Silicon with RINL-VSP and t he Previous suppliers of the Ferro Silicon to RINL-VSP who had successfully executed any one orde r to RINL-VSP during the last 3 years are exempted from the submission of PQC documents. iii. Tenderer must have minimum annual capacity to produce 1500 MT of Ferro Silicon per annum. The tenderer must submit the documentary evidence of manufacturer and installed capacity i.e. manufacturing License issued by Govt. authority/certificate issued by Pollution control board indi cating the installed capacity/any other certificate issued by Govt. authority in support of their bei ng a manufacturer of Ferro Silicon indicating installed capacity. The above certificate(s) must be s ubmitted duly self-certified. iv. If the tenderer is a manufacturer and has not supplied the Ferro Silicon to RINL- VSP since 1st Ja nuary 2022

Aluminium: 1.50 percent Max. b) Size: 25-50 mm without penalty: Size : Tolerance +80 mm : Nil. +50 mm : 5 percent of lot size. -25 mm : 5 percent of lot size (including 1 percent of -10 mm). -10 mm : 1 percent out of 5 percent of lot size No penalty. PENALTY: For Size and Chemical composition is as given below: a) Penalty shall be imposed for variation in Chemical Composition as follows: 1) For Si : • Below 70.0 percent to 69.5 percent: Fixed Penalty of 1.5 percent of the basic price. • Below 69.5 percent to 69.0 percent: Fixed Penalty of 2.5 percent of the basic price. • Below 69.0 percent: Total rejection. If RINL/VSP lab results indicate Si content below 69.0 % up to 64.0 %

(including 1 % of - 10 mm). -10 mm : *1 % out of 10 % of lot size. Penalty : 5 % basic value of lot inspected. * Apart from what is indicated above
the material will be accepted if -10 mm is beyond 1 % and u p to 2 % of the lot. However
payment will not be made for 1.5 times the quantity in the range bey ond 1 % and up to 2 %. The total lot of material will be rejected if -10 mm exceeds 2 % of the lot. 8/47 3) Pre-Qualification Criteria: a. Technical: i. Tenderer should be an indigenous manufacturer of Ferro Silicon. ii. Enlisted vendors in the Purchase Material Group 66007 for the Ferro Silicon with RINL-VSP and t he Previous suppliers of the Ferro Silicon to RINL-VSP who had successfully executed any one orde r to RINL-VSP during the last 3 years are exempted from the submission of PQC documents. iii. Tenderer must have minimum annual capacity to produce 1500 MT of Ferro Silicon per annum. The tenderer must submit the documentary evidence of manufacturer and installed capacity i.e. manufacturing License issued by Govt. authority/certificate issued by Pollution control board indi cating the installed capacity/any other certificate issued by Govt. authority in support of their bei ng a manufacturer of Ferro Silicon indicating installed capacity. The above certificate(s) must be s ubmitted duly self-certified. iv. If the tenderer is a manufacturer and has not supplied the Ferro Silicon to RINL- VSP since 1st Ja nuary 2022

2023-24 & 2024-25] or the current financial year
