Mechanical transportation, loading, unloading and handling of 630KVA HT/ LT Transformer from workshop to site using appropriate means of transport as truck, tipper or similar with 1km lead:

Extra per kilometer for lead >10 kms up to 20 kms

Providing of transformer oil conforming to IS 335 (Preferred make: Power oil/ Indian Oil/ Servo/ HPCL).

Providing and fitting of 12 no fresh H.T coils (two legs) in approximate size of copper wire as per sample. The job also includes charge of p/f of insulation material with the help of skilled labours like latheriod paper, cork sheet, cotton tape, fiber class sleeve, insulation gum, varnishing of the coils and heating in the heating chamber.

Supply of Neoprene Rubberized Gasket Sheet 3mm thick.

Complete assembling of 630 KVA HT/LT transformer at workshop after cleaning of tank, fitting of coil assembly in the tank. Job further includes closing of the transformer lid by way of fitting of existing nuts/bolts and gaskets, insulators, etc. filling of t.oil up to required level in tank. Reconnecting of HT/ LT connections at site and testing on full load.

Credit value for scrap copper (as per actual).
