EPF (employer’s share) Description: 12% of (Basic Wages + VDA) per month. If Sl.No.1.02>=Rs.15000, then EPF = Rs.15000×12%)

Employees Deposit Linked Insurance Description: 0.5% of (Basic Wages + VDA) per month. If Sl.No.1.02>=Rs.15000, then EPF = Rs.15000×0.5%)

Administrative Charges for EPF & EDLI Description: 0.5% of (Basic Wages + VDA) per month. If Sl.No.1.02>=Rs.15000, then EPF = Rs.15000×0.5%)

ESI (Employer Share) Description:3.25% of (Basic wages + VDA) per month. Not Applicable, if Sl.No.1.02>=21000.

House Rent Allowance (HRA) Description: 8% of the (Basic wages + VDA) per month or Rs. 1800 (Whichever is higher)

ESI on HRA Description: 3.25% on HRA

Bonus Description: No Bonus if 21000>=Sl.No.1.02<7000; Else 8.33% of Rs.7000

Uniform Outfit Allowance Description: 5% of (Basic wages + VDA) per month

Uniform Washing Allowance Description: 3% of (Basic Wages + VDA) per month
