Excavation of earth for pole of size 0.90x0.60x1/6 of pole length for erection of ople in all type of soil including proper dressing of sides and ramming of bottom including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil.

Erection of following pole in proper level and alignment along with fixing of all accessories X-bracing & clamp as per Respo construction manual.

Grouting of pole in size 0.45x0.45x1/9 of the support in CC ratio 1:4:8 Block including cost of cement, sand and stone ballast & back filling of soil and boulders inpit and ramming and proper alignment and leveling.

Muffing of pole size 0.45x0.60cm radius with cc 1:3:6 (1 cement:3coars sand:6 graded stone 10 mm norminal size) block size 45cm height from ground level including cost of cement, stone and sand etc.

Excavation of earth for stay pit of size 0.60x0.60x1.20 mtr. In all type of soil including proper dressing of sides and ramming of bottom including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil.

Fixing, tightning and nuzzling of stay (11KV) with pole and stay rod on required tension.

Grouting of stay in size 0.60x0.60x0.30 mtr. In CC ratio 1:4:8 (1 cement:4 graded stone 20mm nominal size:8 coarse sand) block including cost of cementand stone ballast back filling of soil and boulders in pit and ramming and proper alignment and leveling.

Fabrication of MS channel angle iron after cutting in required size with drilling of hole upto good finish for top channel bracing and special type bracket etc as per Respo shedule and local approve drawing.

Stringing, Sagging of ACSR Rabbit & G.S. Earth wire 7/16 SWG for making 11 KV line including jumpering & binding complete.

Erection of earthing of supports

Mounting and fixing of lightning arrestor set (3 Nos.) on double pole structure including making of complete connection work by GI strip size 35x6 mm to earth pole.

Mounting and fixing of TPMO on double pole structure including making of complete connection work

Mounting and fixing of fuse set on double pole structure including making of complete connection work

Painting of poles with angle and channel and all steel part by one coat of red oxide primer and two coat of aluminium paint and two strip of fluorecent altimate red and white paint 30cm wide upto 1.5mtr from fround level

Digging of trench of size 06x0.15x1.5mtr and laying of underground 11 KV XLPE cable with making of brick Housing and filling of sand including filling of earth with ramming & repairing of Road including cost of cement and stone blast

Fixing of GI Pipe

Laying of 11 KV Cable in Half circle Hume Pipe Dia 150mm including cost of Hume pipe in Depth 1.5 Mtr.

Provision for Electrical Inspection Fees

Construction of metering room (size 10x12x10 Cu.Ft.) including fitting of light & Exaust Fan.
