Taking down chowkhats or frame with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) not exc. 1.5 Sqm each, complete all as directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exc. 1.00 sqm but not exc. 2.00 sqm each complete all as directed.

Supply and fix for, solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, suppling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for, factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded/ sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for, stainless steel butt hinges, 100mm size, complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix for, aluminium anodized barrel tower bolts of extruded section, 125 mm long complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for, extruded aluminium alloy handles, fabricated type, anodise 150mm size, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for, non skid ceramic tiles, coloured 7 to 8mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exc.0.06 Sqm but not exc.0.11 Sqm conforming to IS 15622, economy class, grade B IIa on floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match colour over and incuding 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4), including dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for, glazed ceramic coloured tiles, 450 X 300 X 7mm thick, conforming to IS 15622,Grade B III, on vertical surface of wall such as dados, skirting etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over and including 10 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:3) and including dismantling existing floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing),removing serviceable tiles and rubbish off the premises,complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for, non skid ceramic tiles, coloured 7 to 8mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exc.0.18 Sqm but not exc.0.38 Sqm conforming to IS 15622, economy class, grade B IIa on floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match colour over and incuding 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4), including roughening the surface of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping, cleaning and washing down with water to remove dust and brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 Kg of cement per Sqm, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No.10.00 here-in-before but on vertical surfaces and over and including 10 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:3) including taking down cement plaster from brick or concrete surfaces of any description including racking out joints,hacking for key,scrubbing down with water etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for, 20mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including 20mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:3) and demolition of stone slab and tiles of any description or thickness as in floor, apron etc laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for, galvanized steel tubing, medium grade,15 mm bore with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floor including taking up or down existing steel tubing, complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing the old steel tubing and connections in new or old position (walls, ceiling, floors, etc.) including taking up or down15mm galvanised steel tubing and connections, cleaning, complete all as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs for, vitreous china wash basin, white, flat back, size 550 X 400 mm excluding taps, waste chain and porcelain stopper, but including brackets, cutting for pinning in ends of brackets or erecting stand, waste pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs, PVC valveless, syphonic action type, flushing cistern, low level,white, with inlet, ball valve, float and handle, of capacity 10 litres, including brackets, flush pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs, vitreous china squatting pan ‘Orissa’ pattern, size 580 X 440 mm, white, with integral foot rests and with ‘P’ or ‘S” trap, (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) including connection to trap and to flushing pipe, etc and including provision of lime concrete bedding, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs for, vitreous china wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern), white (excluding fixing bolts, flushing cistern and flush pipe), including connection to flush pipe, anti-syphonage pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs for, plastic water closet seat, white, closed pattern with flat bottom, and cover and mild steel chromium plated or aluminised hinging device, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repars for, 15mm angle stop valve of PTMT any colour high pressure screwed for iron pipe and fixed, (Minimum weight 15mm-90gms), complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs for, 15mm bore, stop valves, cast copper alloy, fancy type, chromium plated, screwed down, high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs for, pillar taps, cast copper alloy, with capstan heads, fency type, chromium plated, screwed down high pressure, with or without lettered ‘Hot’ or ‘Cold’ with long screwed shanks and fly nuts, screwed for iron pipe, 15 mm bore, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs for, PVC connections 15mm size with PTMT nuts of length 450mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs for, brass chromium plated shower rose with or without swivel joints, 125mm size with shower arm 225mm long with flange including fixing to steel pipe or union, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs for, grating doom 125 mm dia with waste hole of PTMT. (Minimum weight 40gms),complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down and refixing of, vitreous china wash basin, white, flat back, size 550 X 400 mm excluding taps, waste chain and porcelain stopper, but including brackets, cutting for pinning in ends of brackets or erecting stand, waste pipe, complete all as directed.

Taking down and refixing of flushing cistern of any capacity and flushing pipe (excluding brackets), complete all as directed.
