M&L Preparation of old surfaces of steel of any description not other wise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and as directed by EIC.

Dismantling asbestos cement (corrugated or semi corrugated, etc)sheets in roof covering complete all as specified.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour (as approved by GE) having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roofing, self drilling and self tapping screws of suitable size including neoprene and EPDM washers complete all as specified.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating plain steel sheet 0.45mm thick of any colour (as approved by GE) having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings cut to length & bent to shape required, fixed using hot dip galvanised, self drilling and self tapping screws of suitable size including neoprene and EPDM washers complete all as specified.

Demolition of Brick work or stone/boulder masonry, build in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks built in CM (1:6) straight or curved on plan & exc 6 m mean radius with old size bricks.

Taking down cement or lime plaster of any description from stone or brick walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water and disposing off the rubbish complete all as specified or directed by the EIC.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick/ concrete surfaces in CM (1:4) finished even and fair without using extra cement .

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering on surfaces other than fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces in CM (1:6) and finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

Taking down door shutter only exc 1.0 sq.m and n. exc 2 sqm

S & F 30 mm thick flush door shutter solid core construction with block board core and plywood face panels commercial type on both side complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 250 mm Mild steel sliding door bolts, plate type, stove enamelled black, with bright bolt not less than 12mm dia with and including a minimum of 6 bolts and nuts, four on bolt plate and two on staple plate and fixed

S&F 150 mm Mild steel barrel tower blots, stove enamelled black, with bright bolt and fixed

S&F 100 Butt hinges, medium weight, cold rolled mild steel, and fixed

S& F 150 mm Mild steel pressed handles, oval type, stove enamelled black

M&L for preparation of new wood surfaces exc 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat pink primer complete all as specified.

Taking down chowkhat of frames not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) and remove from site all as specified and directed.

S&F steel window with side hung shutters including box type hinges with pressed steel handles, MS tower bolt 100mm long(2 Nos in each leaf) and steel peg stay complete with glazing bars dove-tailed or welded complete.

Taking down door / window / ventilators shutter only nexc 1.0 sq.m .

S & F Steel ventilators with TOP hung shutter including hinges, steel peg stay, complete

M & L for preparation for newly plastered surface and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion, white or tinted over a coat of primer alkali resitant on wall complete all as specified and directed

Complete removal of existing treatment on walls M & L applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion, white or tinted over a coat of primer alkali resitant on wall complete all as specified and directed

Roughening surface of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc.

M&L for 50mm thick Cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) including necessary form work as in flooring, surface finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L preparation for two coat of cement base paint on newly plastered surface including one coat of alkali resistant primer on walls. (note : chhajja and roof facia shall be in different colour)

Complete removal of existing treatment and M&L two coat of cement base paint on old /new surface including one coat of alkali resistant primer on walls. (note : chhajja and roof facia shall be in different colour)

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and disposing off the rubbish materials where directed complete all as specified or directed by the EIC

M&L for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate 75mm thick as in plinth protection including necessary form work and finishing surface even and smooth w/o using extra cement including bitumen joints complete all as specified.

Removing of existing un-serviceable water proofing treatment with PCC padding, taking down cement plaster etc, of any description and claening of top surfaces of cement concrete flushing out junction of parapet walls and washing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment to non assessible RCC roofs by providing 10mm thick screed in CM 1:3 over and including PCC 1:2:4 type B0 for making good the depressed surface also for providing benching at junction of slab and wall mixed with & including water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement & applying one coat of bituminous primer @ 0.30 kg/sqm & laying APP based polymer modified membrane with polyster non wooven reinforced of weight not less than 3 kg/sqm 3mm thick with polythene finished sealing with side over laps of 75mm & 100mm laps at the ends of membrane by torch application method & applying two coats of aluminium paint as per the makes approved by the Engr-in-Charge.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from steel frames and glazing with oil putty & pins/springs pins complete in squares n.exc 0.5 sqm each panes.

S&F 3mm thick plain sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty & pins/spring pins complete in squares n.exc 0.50 sqm each panes.

M & L for forming contraction (Dummy )joints 65mm deep X 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound .

S & F mild steel bars conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 as in guard bars or similar works including welding etc complete all as specified.

S& F in repair stainless steel air turbo ventilator of turbine dia 760mm,throat dia 610mm,ht 450mm with blades of aluminium0.5mm thick alloy avg. wt.6.50kg approx,fitted with nylon made typhonic bearing double top cap inverted cap design,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

M&L guniting for shortcrete 1 :2 (CM) mixed with epoxy resin and hardner (manufactured by FOSROC/MC BAUCHEMIC/CICO /PIDILITE)@ 2% by weight of cement in equal proportion using short crete pumps and allied equipment,in thickness 30 mm (average) all as per manufactureres instruction including 5 mm thick plaster in CM1:3 for making surface even and fair also applying three coats of white wash on plastered surface.

S& F mild steel welded fabric of weight exe 2.5 Kg but n.exc. 4 Kg/ Sqm, fixed to steel members with spikes complete all as specified and as directedby Engineer-in Charge.(Upto 10 m height)

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for
