Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge. All kind of soil.

Brick Work with common burnt clay non modular bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement Mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work below plinth level and up to Floor IV level: 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-Ill) : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying damp proof course with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-Ill) : 4 graded stone aggregate 12.5 mm nominal size) 40 mm thick

Brick Work with common burnt clay non-modular bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor IV level in all shapes and size in: Cement Mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

12 mm cement plaster of mix: 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

Painting two coats excluding priming coat with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on new wood work or metallic or plastered or concrete surfaces to give an even shade.

G.I Barbed Wire Fencing 1.2 Metre High Providing and fixing 1.2 metres high GI barbed wire fencing with 1.8 m angle iron posts 40 mm x 40 mm x 6 mm placed every 3 metres centre to centre founded in M15 grade cement concrete, 0.6 metre below ground level, every 15th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post on one side only and provided with 03 no. lines and 2 diagonals interwoven with horizontal wires, fixed with GI staples, tum buckles etc complete as per clause 807.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work, where not included in the complete rate of RCC, including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position, binding, wastage, overlaps, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire etc. complete in all respect below plinth level Note:- Reinforcement shall be measured in length including hooks, if any, separately for different diameters as actually used in work , excluding overlaps. Wastage, overlaps, couplings, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire or other methods of binding & placing shall not be measured and cost of these items shall be deemed to be included in the rates for reinforcement. Themo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade FE-500 D or more.

Centering and Shuttering including strutting, propping etc. And removal of form work for: Retaning walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attcahed pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string course fillets, kerbs and step etc.
