Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth. 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :

1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete.Note: Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable separately. In case the cement content in design mix is more than 1.10 times of the specified minimum cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement.

Providing and laying solid concrete blocks masonry with block of M 10 grade cement concrete of required thickness as per drawing in superstructure above plinth level up to V level with RCC band and mullion as per structural detail in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) all complete as per direction of Engineer. (The payment of RCC elements shuttering and reinforcement shall be made for separately).

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix

1:4 (1 cement : 4 fien sand)

Reinforcement of R.C.C. work including sraighttening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete.

Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe 500D or more.

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete.

Providing and fixing of HDPE UV Stabilized Net (2.5mm thick - 40 - 45 mm aperture) for out door use Fabricated using the Superior quality materials with Good Knot Stability as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Neelgiri/Mexican grass turf with earth 50mm to 60mm thickness inclusive of ground preparation, required manure mixing etc. with proper level and ramming with tools wooden (Dhurmos) and than rolling the surface with light roller make the surface smoothen and light waterning with sprinkler and maintenance for 30 days or more till the grass establish properly, as per direction of officer-in-charge.

Providing and laying of HDPE pipe 50mm dia PE 50 Grade PN 6(SDR13.6) including cost and conveyance of all materials to site of approved quality & make with all necessary fittings etc all complete and as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
