Special Repairs Work at Mahashu Temple Hanol, District Dehradun-Uttarakhand

Dismantling dressed stone work ashlar face stone work, marble work or precast concrete work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking serviceable and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as (In cement mortar)"

Excavation of hard soil mixed with kanker gravels including dressing sides ramming, compacting, curring bottom and disposal the earth with gravel by head load, 200 mt lead etc complete. (Ordinary rock )

P/L lime concrete on the floor level in 50% 1:1:2:2 LCM with 25mm down guage stone aggregate including curing etc complete

P/L 30 to 40mm thick stone flooring of different sizes over 20mm thick base of 1:1:2:2 LCM laid & jointed with slurry including cutting, dressing, fixing & curing etc. matching to the old structure of the temple .

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level with : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Provision for dressed stone massonary (C.R) in foundation & superstructure in 1:1:2:2 LCM including curing etc complete

Providing and laying Cheer wood beams rafter & planks on the roof very carefully as per old design/pattern including cutting dressing, polishing and fixing with fevicol nails and nuts bolts etc and providing anti termaited oil on the all surface or wood structure.

Providing and laying local stone patal on the top of wooden planks of watershed and bhogshala in traditional sloopy roof etc. complete.

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cuttingbending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08 % and conforming to I.S. 15622, of approved make, in all colours & shade, in skirting, riser of steps, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joint with white cement & matching pigments etc. complete. Size of Tile 600x600 mm

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels. Area of slab over 0.50 sqm

Providing and fixing 1 mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 40x40x6 mm angle iron and 3 mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, all necessary fittings complete, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer.Using M.S. angels 40x40x6 mm for diagonal braces

Recess pointing in 1:1:1 lime mortar with colour pigment including racking, cleaning joints curring etc complete.

Providing and laying underground pipe/sanitary/fixtures fittings for drinking water shed including labour material etc complete.

Providing electrification for RO unit Geyser complete fitting with switch board power point material labour etc complete

Providing and Installation of Aqua Guard commercial and industrial R.O plant with capacity of 250 litres/hour of approved brand (Eureka forbes Ltd.) including transportation fixing etc complete.

Provision for decorative wooden pillars including iron chain for bricating the entry of visitors back side of grabgrah with labour material etc complete

Provision for engaging of , beldar for clearence of the site after completion of work
